great host, very nice, clean property

The host, Vicky, is wonderful! She will do anything to make your stay more pleasant. The house was sparkling clean. The internet WiFi was fast, too! I would stay here any time!

Great Villa

We stayed at the Villa for 7 nights and had a great time. The place is clean and was spacious for our family of three. The kitchen had all the essentials for making breakfasts and/or other meals. Vicky did a great job at addressing all our questions and treating use like kings/queens. While in the area we golfed, saw several shows, hiked and just relaxed.

Property was lovely. Hospitality wonderful. Only complaint PARKING!! Or should I say lack of parking. The parking issue was big enough that it would probably prevent me from staying again.

Very nice and clean property with plenty of room and all the amenities of any home.

The owner's communication prior to our arrival we was really nice and thorough. We really had no questions after reading what she sent. She met us when we arrived to show us around and even supplied us with a nice bottle of wine and some of her own coffee! The property was spotless and roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit our family.

Beautiful

The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing. You are close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough to get out of the crowd and relax. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Villa in Errol Estates, Apopka, FL, Property ID 833874

Very nice villa. However, the mattress set on one of the beds in the master bedroom slept horrible. It is the first one as you walk into the room. The only other issues we had were that the tub in the second bedroom did not drain properly. Also, one of the slats in the sliding door blinds fell out. We could tell that it had happened before because it had been repaired with scotch tape. We reported this to Vicky. She was very nice and was readily available should there be any issues that needed immediate attention.

Our Short Florida Stay

We were visiting Florida to see family & friends. . The condo we found in Apopka was great!! The area was safe, quiet & pretty. The condo was clean & it had all the basics if you want to have a cup of coffee or make a full meal. Near, but not too close to many stores & restaurants. Had a great visit!!

Great Place to Stay!

The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might possibly need. Yvette met us personally and was very welcoming and available for any communication throughout our stay. The next time we visit Florida we would love to stay here again. My only “less than glowing” comment is that it may be time to consider investing in new mattresses.

My family and I have stayed at this property more than once. We enjoy the owners attention to detail and hospitality. Staying at her property is like being at home. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. The owner is always available if needed. My family and I prefer to stay at her property rather than a hotel. I recommend for families. Plan on using again.

Clean villa in a quiet area.

Ultra clean, well stocked villa was just right for my husband and me plus another couple traveling with us. Loved the closed in porch. Parking was a little bit of a problem but we made it work.

Not a good place to stay with motorcycles had to park the bikes up in the overflow parking lot could not keep the bikes next to the Villa how do you walk 10 minutes every morning just to get your motorcycle

The Perfect Rare Jewel!

This perfect rare jewel was ideal for my family and I. I must say, unpon arrival I was blown away by the charm and decor of the home. The online pictures do not do justice to the actual home. It was clean, spacious and perfect for two couples, or a family. The hosts are quite friendly and super attentive. This accomodation had everything one could think of! The enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee or tea. The outdoor grill area was ideal for evening dinners. The location of the home is not far from the foodstores, coffeeshops, parks, etc... We stayed for a little over 4 months, and look forward to staying here again, if Yvette would have us. My kids enjoyed themselves and so did the adults. I must give kuddos to Yvette because even though she was an attentive host she also allowed us to have/maintain her privacy. I highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at this wonderful property. The unit was recently renovated and it is quite lovely. Yvette was very easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again.

Good choice

We enjoyed our two month stay at this abandon/closed golf course. Interesting set up with the villas. Good privacy. One way street in and one way street back out. Nice and quiet with no traffic except those living there. Loved the small lake beauty too. Owner of villa super great, friendly, helpful.

Nice Villa in nice location

The villa I rented was very nice and clean and met all our needs. Yvette was wonderful to communicate with if we needed anything.We will definitely rent this villa when back in the area
