Beautiful

The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing. You are close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough to get out of the crowd and relax. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Our Short Florida Stay

We were visiting Florida to see family & friends. . The condo we found in Apopka was great!! The area was safe, quiet & pretty. The condo was clean & it had all the basics if you want to have a cup of coffee or make a full meal. Near, but not too close to many stores & restaurants. Had a great visit!!

Great Place to Stay!

The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might possibly need. Yvette met us personally and was very welcoming and available for any communication throughout our stay. The next time we visit Florida we would love to stay here again. My only “less than glowing” comment is that it may be time to consider investing in new mattresses.

My family and I have stayed at this property more than once. We enjoy the owners attention to detail and hospitality. Staying at her property is like being at home. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. The owner is always available if needed. My family and I prefer to stay at her property rather than a hotel. I recommend for families. Plan on using again.

Clean villa in a quiet area.

Ultra clean, well stocked villa was just right for my husband and me plus another couple traveling with us. Loved the closed in porch. Parking was a little bit of a problem but we made it work.

Not a good place to stay with motorcycles had to park the bikes up in the overflow parking lot could not keep the bikes next to the Villa how do you walk 10 minutes every morning just to get your motorcycle

The Perfect Rare Jewel!

This perfect rare jewel was ideal for my family and I. I must say, unpon arrival I was blown away by the charm and decor of the home. The online pictures do not do justice to the actual home. It was clean, spacious and perfect for two couples, or a family. The hosts are quite friendly and super attentive. This accomodation had everything one could think of! The enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee or tea. The outdoor grill area was ideal for evening dinners. The location of the home is not far from the foodstores, coffeeshops, parks, etc... We stayed for a little over 4 months, and look forward to staying here again, if Yvette would have us. My kids enjoyed themselves and so did the adults. I must give kuddos to Yvette because even though she was an attentive host she also allowed us to have/maintain her privacy. I highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

Wonderful experience

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at this wonderful property. The unit was recently renovated and it is quite lovely. Yvette was very easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again.

Good choice

We enjoyed our two month stay at this abandon/closed golf course. Interesting set up with the villas. Good privacy. One way street in and one way street back out. Nice and quiet with no traffic except those living there. Loved the small lake beauty too. Owner of villa super great, friendly, helpful.

Nice Villa in nice location

The villa I rented was very nice and clean and met all our needs. Yvette was wonderful to communicate with if we needed anything.We will definitely rent this villa when back in the area

Great condo

Bolivar and Yvette were great hosts. The condo was perfect for us for the week. Two families down for a softball tournament. Pool was great as the weather was sure hot. Thanks for letting us stay.

Family Reunion

Nice and clean

We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and comfortable. We did find what it appeared to be cameras on the TV's in the bedrooms which we disconnected when found. Could have and probably was nothing but it did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable. The parking was an issue at night sometimes if we were out later then 7PM. Donna took very good care of us.
