In Ibos, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 220 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views, swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- Open kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC

On 1st level :
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
- Dressing room

On 2nd level :
- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub, WC
- Covered terrace with artificial lawn and furniture

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- 9x3.5 swimming pool (private, unheated) open from May 1 to September 30
- Jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful 400 m² garden + terraces with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Ibos, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Pau train station, 40 minutes away by car
- Tarbes-Lourdes Pyrénées airport 11 minutes away by car.

- Swimming pool and jacuzzi: Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free wifi (fiber optic)
- The fireplace (bioethanol) will be supplied with three 2-liter fuel cans. We kindly ask you to replace them before your departure.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
