Modern and upgraded, our home is your home away from home. We have three large bedroom the master offers a king bed and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer Queen beds. We have both a daily and living area for seating. A two car garage is available for parking and a long driveway for additional parking. Our home is outfitted with the latest Fiber Optic connection. Televisions in each room. Lightning fast connection for work with a desk and display monitor. Beautiful outdoor pool with large backyard overlooking lake area. Fire-pit and seating outside. The home features tile and wood like flooring. Fully equiped kitchen, I even provide the basics upon arrival, and your will be asked to make some selections once you have booked. Two coffee makers, the main with direct water connection for coffee, any time of day. Outdoor grill allows you to cook and eat outside. We offer 4 bikes and beach equipment for use during your stay. We have a minimum one month stay, you can stay for a shorter period of time but the rental requires payment of a month minimum, 4 month maximum. Easily ride bikes to the beach. Shopping and dining in Mercato (walkable), shoppes at Vanderbilt, supermarkets and entertainment very close. This is a gated community with 24 hour guard protection. I have lived in Naples since 2005 and in this home since 2013. I am ready to share my home in paradise to allow others to enjoy all Naples has to offer. I don't have the heart to sell and have decided to share my slice of paradise with others. Location, location, location. If you are looking for a centralized location, where you can walk or bike to the beach, in a guarded gated community, look no further. Minutes to Mercato and other fantastic dining and entertainment.
I provide some basics upon your arrival along with a list of things to select that will be made available upon arrival. I have a groumet kichen for those that love to cook. Lots of gadgets and utensils.
I raise monarch butterflys and have created a sanctuary space for them in my backyard. Sit in the yard or enjoy the hanging tree swing and watch them fly throughout the day. The property is quiet and I call it my slice of paradise. You won't find this type of outdoor space in this location, in Naples.
Enjoy the firepit in the evening with specially provided smores campfire sticks during your stay.

I provide bikes and beach ammenitites including chairs, unbrellas and even a 10x10 canopy for a long outing. The location is ideal, close to beaches and entertainment and a guarded 24 hour gate makes this location very secure. There is also a community pool, clubhouse and card room.
