Beautiful backyard and great location

So much to do in the back yard … pool, hot tub, dining poolside and swim up table in the pool!! Plenty of sun loungers AND ample spots in the shade of the palm and oak trees! Loved the screened lanai for meals, family card games and morning relaxing!

House, property, and pool were outstanding! Plenty of space for our large group to spread out and enjoy the accommodations. Beth was always very quick to respond to any questions or minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

Home is beautiful and spacious. Hot tub and pool are great! It’s like having your own resort. I stayed there with my husband, children and grandchildren. Everything you need for them, Beth has! They loved the Frozen playroom. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again someday.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is beautiful with everything that you need for your stay included. The house is set on a gorgeous property with a wonderful pool, hot tub and fire pit all well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. It was also a convenient location to explore Naples. The host was incredibly helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We hope to come back when we vist Naples next!

Great vacation home

Overall, it was a great vacation for my family and I. The house was beautiful and spacious. The outside set up was very nice. We spent most of our time by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine. Our host, Beth, was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Gave us clear instructions and a list of recommendations on activities and restaurants to go to. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Friends Reunion

The house was so comfortable. We had 5 couples and there was room for all of us to stay and still not be on top of each other. Our host was great when asked questions, responding quickly. The pool and hot tub were perfect. House was clean and stocked.

Expansive Fun Property But Needs Deep Clean

The house has wonderful attributes and fit our big family wonderfully. The pool was great and the location was beautiful and convenient. The attention to detail/cleanliness however was very much lacking. We aren’t picky or pretentious but things were just overwhelmingly not clean, broken, stained, rusted out, or covered in dust or mildew. The laundry room for example was honestly gross. All that to say, The pool and primary family room were both great And would almost convince me to stay here again. If more time and care were spent on the property, it would be a 10 out of 10 stay.

Great house for a group!

Great house for a group of adults! I’m sure it would be fine for kids too. Easy to access, quiet area. House and hot tub are perfect. Lanai is wonderful. Couch is great for lounging and watching Lifetime movies. Enough bathrooms, kitchen items, and towels for everyone. Host is excellent with communication.

Backyard oasis

Beth was wonderful to work with. She was very easy to get in touch with. The house was great, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa! The house was close to many attractions and the lot was beautifully landscaped, you didn’t feel like you were in a neighborhood. Unfortunately,we had to leave early because of hurricane Debbie. I would definitely stay again!

Certainly! Here's a review you can use: --- We had an unforgettable week at this beautiful home. The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy. The amenities were top-notch, including an amazing pool where we spent most of our days lounging and swimming. The property was impeccably maintained and offered everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The host was responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Loved this house!

Our family settled in quickly and started enjoying our week in Naples. The pool was great!!! We'd never been to Naples before…had fun trying new beaches (Lowdermilk was our favorite), restaurants (Brooks Burgers was the favorite), and ice cream (Royal Scoops took top honors). We made some great memories and will look forward to returning sometime!

Great place to relax and hang with the family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed, but also had excellent options for all of us to sit together and talk....esp. the pool!

Great Location

Beth was fast at communicating through text and provided good instructions of the house. The renters guide is a little out of date and mentioned there is a surround system outside, however it's not working. A small portable speaker is provided. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. All the rooms are spacious. The room with the twin beds has a smaller TV and you can't see it due to the headboard but was not a deal breaker. The beds are very comfortable. We did think the office room would have made a better addition as being a small hang out room or another bedroom since most people probably don't want to work on vacation (we stayed away from this area =) ). The pool was awesome and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out in and there are many inflatables available as well as towels. The pool did tend to get dirty fast for us as there were many bugs flying in it. The pool cleaner did come on our 6th day, but it did not appear much cleaner when they were done. I think with less trees around the back yard, it may help reduce the amount of things flying into it. However, we made the best of it and used the net. The spa worked great and didn't take long to get hot. We had a great time relaxing in it. We did believe the pool house would have been a nice addition to have access to as it was a big building and would have been a nice spot for a pool table & bar area but it was closed off for access. Overall great time, house, host, and location. Thanks Beth!

Absolute heaven

This property is so lovely and the responsiveness of the host is incredible. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want for cooking and preparing proper meals and the pool area has every amenity. The house even provides everything you need to take the beach (the only teeny thing that I could say that is negative is that it is a bit of a hike to the beach). But honestly, with the property as it is, why even leave?!!? Thank you so much for everything

Family vacation

Beth was an amazing host. Communication was excellent. Location was perfect for the beach stores parks and activities. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Spent most time there when we were not at the ocean or adventures. Played cards outside every night. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend. Perfect for families with little kids. Ours were 8 months to seven. Thank you Beth for hosting.

Nice Home Needs Some TLC Though

The check in process was easy with the owner and with many folks coming from different destinations, it worked well. The location worked out well as well for our family. The owner was very responsive up to the point of our arrival and responded generically after our departure. She did not respond to inquiries while we were at the home when the pool was not working correctly. Many of the amenities worked, but some did not. Also, the renters guide is out of date. There were instructions for a speaker system in the book that was no longer set up. Additionally, there was an old camera system that was unplugged and cables hanging around it and most importantly the pool/spa heater was not functioning. The ice machine in the kitchen was broken, but the owner put in a temporary one in the laundry room which was good. The flat top griddle outside had not been cleaned by the prior renter so we had to scour it and the bbq is rusty and needs to be replaced. There was a lot of stuff in the garage including roof shingles and cans of paint and with a set of stairs in the garage, you can use 1 bay. Beds were comfortable, but not all the bedrooms had bedside tables which would have been helpful. The check out process was a bit confusing as the book says to strip the bed linens and the exit email says not to. Overall, the property wasn't bad, but needs a really good deep cleaning and a run through of the amenities to make sure everything is in good working order.

Amazing On Every Level

Our family traveled to Naples for our son's wedding. From the moment we walked into the home, it was apparent we made the right decision. Some vacation rentals have the bare minimum when it comes to kitchen and other miscellaneous supplies and amenities. This home had everything! Anything we needed or forgot to bring was readily available. The home and pool area was spacious and beautiful. There was plenty of interior room for our family to spread out and enjoy privacy when we needed it. It quickly became our second home. We had a small gathering after the wedding. Our extended family and friends were totally impressed. They enjoyed the ample seating in the covered and outdoor areas by the pool. We all appreciated the beautiful spa that served as a place to relax during a stressful wedding week. Finally, Beth was a fantastic host. She was very accessible and provided a level of service that you find at the nicest hotels. Our family will absolutely stay at this home again when we visit Naples. I highly recommend it to others.

Nice property, but could use some improvements

Overall, our stay at this property was pretty good. We enjoyed the pool and outside area. The master bedroom is very spacious and upstairs had enough room for the rest of our family. However, this is very clearly a rental property. There is so much excess clutter around the house from previous guests and the owner. I definitely suggest that the owner cleans out a lot of the extra things (gingerbread house kits, birthday balloons, junk drawers). Additionally, some of the appliances were lacking. Only the left side of the toaster worked, the nugget ice machine (there to replace the other broken ice machine) made the most awful screeching noise and sounded like the motor was dying on it. There were no sheet pans to use in the oven. The blackstone outside is falling apart. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was yellowed and chipping off. One of the king mattresses upstairs should be replaced as it dips significantly from people sleeping on it, which is not comfortable. Also, in the pool/spa area, there are many missing tiles which makes a sharp edge. A few of our guests cut themselves on the pool edge and I highly suggest this to be fixed. There are definitely improvements to be made to make this feel like a luxurious Naples rental property. Ditch most of the clutter, clean the garage, replace the plastic size hangers with real hangers in the closet, etc. Overall, it’s a nice property with a great host, but could use some TLC to bring it back up to its highest potential.

Wedding Week

This property was beautiful and the perfect spot for our family to gather and enjoy the resort style grounds, with a hot tub, pool, sun shelf, in pool table / seating plus fire pit area and large screened patio and outdoor kitchen. It was spacious, bright clean and modern and convenient to the places we had planned to go for the week This home became a part of our special memories, filled with love, laughter, and joy for which we are grateful.
