Unwind in a comfortable beach condo with an ocean view that will blow you away. You'll be able to watch the waves come in from your private balcony, furnished for enjoying the view with a refreshment in your hand. Inside the condo, guests will escape the heat in central air conditioning. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. If you're in a mood to cook with a little more heat, just take your meat and veggies down to the shared charcoal grill. Convenient amenities such as a private washer/dryer and an en suite bathroom (featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub) connected to the main bedroom make this condo a lovely retreat near the ocean. Shared amenities, including a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and outdoor shower, will also be provided for guest fun. Enjoy yourself!

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Tidewater resort

My family had a great time. The only complaint we had was the issues with the elevators. It was difficult to get on them at times because there were several that were broke, so the whole condo unit was limited on the amount of elevators that could be used. But everything was good. The pool was a good size so it really didn’t matter how many people were there at one time. Beach access was easy. The parking garage was easy to get in and out of as well, the neighborhood was good.

The condo itself was really beautiful! Accommoations were perfect
 location was great. The biggest and most annoying problem was the elevators. One was broken in need of repair
 others were very very very slow
 wait time up to 40 minutes!!! Not fun!

Great Property with Terrible Elevators

A wonderfully located property and the unit was outstanding. Getting up and down in the elevators can take up to 30 minutes and you have to plan accordingly.

Friends getaway

We loved our stay. Checking in was seamless, the condo met all of our needs and the ocean front balcony had the best furniture allowing for relaxing, eating and enjoying the ocean and remarkable sunsets. Wonderful.

Great Condo

Space, space, space! There is plenty of space for the entire family! Great amenities at the resort. The outside pools were cool, and the elevators were an issue at high peak times, but definitely an excellent place to stay!

Tidewater Condo

The condo was great. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The only real downfall that would make us consider not staying here again, were the elevators and people smoking pot. We would wait up to 30+ minutes for an elevator and could not enjoy the balcony for the pot smokers.

Great condo!

We loved our stay at the condo - plenty of room and great beachfront view. Two of the bar chairs were missing parts of the legs, so they were really unstable, and another one had a broken back piece. We just didn't use these chairs while there. Other than that, it was a great place, and I'd definitely stay here again. The staff was also great!

Wedding Week

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and toddler grandson and I visited PCB to attend my brother's wedding. This unit was just perfect! Each of us had enough space and privacy yet the common areas were large enough to accommodate us all as a group. The front doorway located near the elevator made beach access a breeze. The elevators ran quickly without delay. We enjoyed our home away from home agreeing to book this same unit again in the future!
