Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this bright and charming duplex includes:
- two bedrooms with one double bed and 4 single beds (one of the single beds is a trundle bed.);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a furnished balcony to take in the air and enjoy the view.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee filter machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Ski in/ Ski out, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The apartment is ideally located:
- 10 minutes drive from the city center.
- Close to many ski resorts and gondolas.
For your daily small shopping, a supermarket "Intermarché HYPER Briançon" is 7 minutes by car.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- Cité Vauban and the Fort du Chùteau are 9 minutes by car;
- the Porte de la Durance and the Panoramic Terrace 11 minutes away;
- the Pont d'Asfeld 12 minutes away, and many more.
