Host was quite hostile in communications

I chose this location for my 88 and 89 year old parents to stay as they are familiar with Rancho Mirage area as they used to own there. They were booked for 6 weeks. Door system to laundry closet was not working properly (original track door system that is 40 plus years old). My mother could not open the doors so my brother who is a contractor removed one door from the track. I informed the host of this at the time. The host accused us of damaging the doors which is not true. I had a video to prove otherwise and suggest the tracking system be replaced. When the faucet ( original plumbing) in the master ensuite stopped working the first week of the stay the host refused initially to fix it. I had to contact VRBO to get the host to fix the faucet. I have rented countless times with various agencies with a 5 star rating and have never experienced such a hostile host!

Wonderful way to spend a month in Rancho Mirage

We have been to the Palm Springs area before for several winter getaways but our recent stay in Rancho Mirage for a month was the best yet. The location was perfect for convenient shopping, sightseeing and day to day relaxation. The condo had all we needed to be comfortable, was walking distance to the pool (which was never crowded), and had a wonderful patio and grill where we spent hours relaxing. Sheri had made available some kitchen supplies such as oils, vinegars, and condiments so it wasn't necessary to try to completely stock the pantry for our cooking. When I ran into technical trouble with the cable system Sheri tried to help and when she couldn't undo the problems I had created helped get the cable company there to help me correct the problem. Importannt as we were there during March Madness. She was available for any questions, helped get us our pass to the exercise facility, and all in all made sure our stay was great. No question if we return to the area we will try to stay there. Rich Friedman

Property overall is great. Could do with a couple of new sliding doors they are getting a little old. But overall it was exactly as described and a great property to stay in.

Great location and spacious condo!

We had a wonderful stay here! Great location in wonderful gated community with beautiful grounds. Enjoyed our morning walks on the property. Clean and fresh, it was the perfect unit for four adults. Great sized kitchen for any cooking needs. Sheri answered all of our questions and was timely with all check in/check out information. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Lovely home!

We had a lovely stay at Sheri's home. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio and sunning around the swimming pool. The are 4 pools within a 3-4 minute walk which was lovely, as we felt that we had the home all to ourselves. No access to the garage for parking our car, but the driveway is not shared and we parked our car there. The location is perfect for exploring Palm Springs with shopping and restaurants very close by. Sheri gave us great suggestions on renting bicycles nearby. Highly recommend!

Rancho Mirage Oasis

This is probably one of the best little gems in the desert. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying this nice community. First of all, the unit is clean, bright and airy with a designers touch. You won't be disappointed. The pool, golf and tennis are all on the premises. It's close to shops, restaurants etc. (El Paseo, The River, and Indian Wells) The grounds are very tranquil which gives you a natural feeling that you are on vacation. Enjoy!
