The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Please note that pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.

Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

The Worst Experience I Have EVER Had

Firstly, we had to visit 3 diff units before we were able to get one that was clean and fully stocked. With several complications along the way. She apologizes and sends us to ANOTHER unit. It was awful. Once we get to the third unit it was nothing like what was listed. NOT a family residence. There was one small room full of chipped furniture with cigarette burns and broken bed lamps, and no linens for the pullout couch. In general everything was pretty disgusting. These kind of units are called "Binge" units. They are rented to ppl who, book for a night or two and binge (drugs and every kind of partying you can think of), before they go back to work or home on Monday. It was an exhausting trip and a terrible stay. DO NOT book with this host for any reason. I am planning to take further action against Vrbo and this host.

Customer service/management/front desk not helpful at all!

Couldn't get assistance when needed. Could never find anyone in the office. Needed pool towels and more toilet paper the whole weekend and never got any. Had a plumbing issue the FIRST night that we couldn't get help with, had to go buy our own supplies (asked for a refund for our first night & haven't been gotten back with)! Saw multiple cockroaches.

Well appointed and clean apartment, but...

The apartment itself was adequate and comfortable. The staff was responsive to the things that were missing (top sheet & pillow). The property was in a decent location but adjacent to a McDonald's, a car wash, and a bus stop. There were some undesireable and noisy people at times during the afternoon and evening. They apparently have security, but I never saw them. Very thin walls and noisy hallways and stairways. I'd only stay on the 2nd floor but I needed a 1st floor apartment for an elderly family member.

Nice room

The room was clean and nicely updated. It included basic utensils and pans in the kitchenette to make a meal with. It was not the quietest property, but for the price I think it was adequate.

Don’t stay

Outside of property looked promising but once inside the building we could tell it was not that nice. It had a perfume smell. The room smelled like old socks. The room was not fully cleaned. The windows were fully open luckily we looked. There was no sheets for the pull out couch bed. There was constant traffic in and out peoples rooms around us ALL NIGHT. All in all we did not sleep and it felt unsafe. We left as soon as it was light out.
