This apartment consists in an apartment with two bedrooms, the first one with double bed and the second one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen and a living room with TV. Adjoining to the 2 bedroom is a small studio with kitchenette and bathroom which can be used as a third bedroom or become independent from the main apartment.There is a mobile air conditioning unit in the living room and another in the studio, allowing the apartment to be cooled in summer. However, you must leave the doors open.Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. This is a no smoking apartment.AccessApartment is ideally located in the Old Town, 100 meters away from the tram stop called “Opéra-Vieille-Ville”.The apartment is fully equipped. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.TransitAccess to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 800m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.Train station « Nice Ville » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in one of the public parking of the Old Town.
