Located within steps of the river........this property offers two King-size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a flat-panel television with Xfinity cable and Wifi. The main room features a well-stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table that can seat up to 6 guests plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. You also have access to a private washer & dryer plus central heat and air to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The open family room offers additional sleeping with a queen futon sofa plus a twin sleeper chair. The large rear deck area is perfect for some relaxation and gathering with friends. Just a short walk away is a multi-table picnic pavilion near the river's edge with lots of open, greenscape to enjoy the outdoors. You will find generous, flat, covered parking underneath the pedestal home.

Another fantastic stay

We have stayed at this property several times and it exceeds all expectations. Super clean, comfortable beds and a fantastic location. Close to the attractions yet located near the river in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Sabrina is wonderful! We have more trips booked already. I can’t say enough great things about this home.

3 nights in Pigeon Forge

We had a nice (short) stay. The property is close to the strip in PF but just away from all the traffic. The unit was well equipped and it worked out well for us. We would stay here again.

Anniversary Vacation

It was fantastic. Had a wonderful week in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely book this place again. Close to dinner shows, shopping and only 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. Loved it.

A break in the smokies

We had such a great time at this place :) it’s roomy with plenty of outdoor spaces. There was a nice little trail walk along the creek not too far from the home with a cute little picnic area too. It’s literally a 5 or less minute drive to the main parkway. Our family recommends the diner that is located right where you turn to get to the house. Have a great time like us and rent this place for your trip you won’t be disappointed

Everything was great! This is our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood but our first time staying at "River Retreat" River Retreat has been the best one and I'm glad that we chose it. It was clean and the location was great!

A short visit to we a performance at Dollywood and visit with family.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean well furnished and just perfect for our family . Like everything else in this world the rates seem to keep going up but when split between two couples this house is as no more expensive than a good hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We are very pleased with our stay.

Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the house is in the cul-de-sac next to the river. Easy access to the river walkway. Sabrina is an excellent property owner. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever stayed in! Loved it

Quiet clean house near creek

Whenever this house is available, we close it. It is very clean, close to the strip in Pigeon Forge yet in a VERY quiet residential neighborhood by the creek. The beds are extremely comfortable, house is very clean and the host is wonderful to work with. There is a paved walkway by the creek and is very quiet and peaceful yet just a few minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Definitely my favorite place to stay with family in the area.

A New Favorite

We’ve stayed in several different rental places in Pigeon Forge over the years. This was definitely a favorite of our whole family, and we plan on renting this unit again if it’s available. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Our family enjoyed doing evening strolls along the river, and the home was very nice. The covered parking area was a nice bonus.

So pretty and clean

We three ladies, retired cousins, had a wonderful time in this gorgeous house! Many laughs, crazy stories enhanced by a cocktail or two! Would definitely rent again and encourage others as well. Yes, there are a few stairs but if it didn’t deter us, it shouldn’t bother the young and able.

River Retreat

The place is one house over from the river. You can take the sidewalk to go down to it and walk on the rocks. The kids loved all the geese that walk right up to the house. Location is very close to the Main Street but secluded enough in a hidden community to make you feel safe from the crowds of Pigeon Forge. Both of the king size beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has all the things you need for your stay. The house was clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay and would choose again if we go back.
