5 stars for Terry and Luna Beach Properties. There were some issues after check in, we sent email and I got phone call within minutes. Terry was very understanding and professional, offered us solution and all help in resolving issues. All was sorted out in couple hours. We even got cleaning fees refund. Condo itself is nice, new or newer appliances, all in great shape. Pillows were not great, but Terry took care of that too by sending us new pillows. Nice location, great view, safe. Next time we might not rent same property but definitely renting property managed by Luna Beach.

Retirement Month

My husband and I had the opportunity to spend an entire month at the beach, and we chose this beautiful condo. It was perfect for an extended stay because the kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook most of our meals, but it was also close to restaurants. We had a problem with a door, and after notifying the owner, a repairman quickly arrived and fixed it. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely choose this location again.

Dawn, Thank you for your excellent review of your stay with us in this beautiful condo. We are so glad you found the unit fully stocked with all items needed for meal prepping and enjoying your meals at the property. We do annual inventory to make sure items required are in great shape and ready for guests use. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist with having the door issue addressed during your stay. Many guests do not take the time to alert us and allow us the chance to have issues handled but you did and for that we are very appreciative. We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention the returning guest discount that we will apply to all future bookings you make with us. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

The condo was not clean when we arrived at 4pm but they were quick to clean. The view was beautiful just not enough breeze from the fact there was side walls on the balcony but overall we had a great time. Property could use a good thorough cleaning., windows, shower doors and such

Our Stay

Condo was decorated Beautifully. Cleaning service they use could use some improvements. Underwear found in one bedroom. Balcony had chocolate on floor and on cushions which also meant ants. Glass door had small hand prints all over them. So cleaning service may need to be changed. The only thing we found missing was pot holders. The codes to gates were not what we were told so another guest helped us with that.

Great vacation - Recommend

We were here for two months. The condo is fresh and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment. The only consistent problems included some difficulty opening the sliding doors to the balcony. (Also the bedroom door to the balcony is bolted shut. A surprise to us.) The wifi router went through spells of kicking us off despite the internet provider tech coming twice to correct the problem. HOWEVER, we highly recommend this condo. The building is in good condition and condo owners and guests are friendly and helpful.

Nice condo, living and kitchen areas were very nice and clean. However, the bedding in the master did not look clean. The bed skirt on the bed was disgusting. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. There was hair in the bed. The shower curtain rod was so rusted you couldn’t move the curtain smoothly. The shower head was spraying water on the ceiling in the bathroom with the tub. Tried to contact the host several times and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

Short get away

The condo had a few areas that needed to be cleaned, but the biggest disappointment was no beach service including they didn't clean our beach but they did the one next to us. We loved that the condo was updated and Manger stayed in contact with you.

Teresa, Thank you so much for taking the time to share the details of your stay and your experience of your stay with us in this great unit. The information of the beach service at Tropical Winds complex is very surprising to say the least. We do know they no longer have a beach service set up that provides chairs and umbrellas, however we were totally unaware they do not clean the beach or do anything on the beach in front of this complex. We hope that despite this issue, you had an enjoyable stay and will return to be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
