Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 82m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has two single beds (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay!

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Residents of the 8th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes, which satisfy our scientific curiosity, and the Cernushi Museum, which is dedicated to Asian arts, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe, built at Napoleon's request in the aftermath of the famous Battle of Austerlitz, and the Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, which is a work from the Luxor Temple and dates from the 12th century BC.

The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. But we don't stop there; the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church. Discover the Chapelle Expiatoire for history buffs, built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde.

Fashion and luxury lovers will find happiness in the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré or on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. For a moment of relaxation, enjoy one of the most beautiful gardens in Paris, the Parc Monceau.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Courcelles (line 2), is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
