Perfect place for a family! Location, cleanliness, and ease

Beautiful property and building, close to major attractions, cafes, grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean and well taken care of. Hosts were wonderful and provided lots of info on things to do, where to eat, etc.

Fabulous apartment in safe, awesome location!

This property went beyond our expectations! It's impeccably clean, spacious and tastefully appointed. Michel and Isabelle, the owners, responded to our every question, before and during our 7 day stay. Easy access to delicious food, taxi stands, patisseries, cafes and the grocery store. My friend and I, another woman, felt very safe in the neighborhood, both day and night. Such a lovely place to chill in at the end of the day. Be sure to bring small bars of soap for bathrooms and soap for the washer, should you choose to use it. We will definitely be back! Merci beaucoup, Michel and Isabelle!

Great location

Lots of restaurants nearby so we really didn’t use the kitchen much. Walking distance to many sites. Bed in main bedroom is not US king size so may be small for some couples.

Great Paris Apt

A week in Paris with friends. Great location with access to various transportation modes. Just off the Champs Elysees. The elevator was great for luggage up and down , and accessible for mobile people (max 2). - not for person in wheelchair. Apt was very clean and neat. Equipped with more than we used. Washer/Dryer did come in handy. Note: with 3 adults in second bedroom there is not lots of room to unpack - recommend using packing cubes. Open suitcase will slide under bed for easy access. Host were very responsive to questions and concerns Would definitely recommend and stay again

spacious and clean

the beds are very comfortable and the whole apartment is spotless clean. do not be afraid to damage any top of any furniture, everything is completely covered by a white plastic cover. during the evening and night there is quite some noise from a bar right next to the apartment and the street. we would have appreciated very much to find at least one or two bottles of water in the fridge. and would not have been disappointed to find a rest of olive oil instead of an empty bottle. also operating instructions and guide of channels for the TV would have been helpful. not everybody knows, how orange/france works... over all spacious and clean but relation price/quality not good enough.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which is just as advertised. Our family of four (including 2 teenagers) was very comfortable, and the apartment was quiet, peaceful and calm. EVERYTHING is close by and we regularly took the metro or just walked to everything. Although we ordered the A/C, we got really lucky with the weather. Michel was also very responsive when there was a small issue with the lobby door. My only suggestion would be to have the following items available to guests: 1. A broom. After 9 days in the apartment, we would have liked to be able to sweep up in the kitchen, 2. Extra trash bags. We just ended up using our grocery bags from the supermarket. 3. Bath soap. Liquid hand soap was available, but not bath soap. Given the cost of the rental, providing a bar of soap would have been a nice and necessary amenity that we shouldn't have had to purchase. Other than that, the apartment had plenty of dishes, enough towels and comfortable bedding. We were pleased to have this apartment and would highly recommend it to future guests.

Great apartment for the right price

Very well located, well appointed apartment for 5 persons. Lots to do in the area so it gets five stars for location but if it’s hot and the weekend, don’t leave the windows open because it gets very rowdy….and pay the extra for a mini AC unit!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Paris

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment nestled in the heart of Paris' 8th arr exceeded all of our expectations. The level of cleanliness was impeccable, providing a fresh, welcoming ambiance that felt like a home away from home. Its well-appointed interiors, blended with sophisticated Parisian charm and modern amenities, offered a level of comfort and luxury that stood unparalleled. The location of the property, mere steps away from some of Paris' iconic landmarks, boutiques, and gourmet restaurants, served as a perfect base for exploring the city. Furthermore, the serene environment offered a tranquil retreat after a day filled with adventure and exploration. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the genuine hospitality extended by our kind hosts. They were immediately responsive to any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Their warmth, coupled with the apartment's high standards, gave our Parisian holiday a delightful charm that was undeniably unique. Other reviews mention the floors squeak- they do. We are a family of four and were not bothered by it. My husband is a light sleeper and was just fine with earplugs in. We did not hear any of the other neighbors. We were grateful for the in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, full sized refrigerator and coffee/nespresso machines. The 18th century marble fireplace in the 2nd bedroom is beautiful and linens were all nice. Highly recommended!

Great apt with roomy common area, great bedrooms, plenty of up to date appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, elevator), near metro and 2 blocks from champ elysees near the arc! We would absolutely return to this fab apt!

Great Paris Apartment

Loved our stay here. Family of four and it was perfect size. Apartment is clean, great location, and great communication from the owner. What more could you want. Also, the apartment has lots of charm. Beds are very comfortable. Can’t recommend enough for a stay in Paris.
