The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible only by stairs.
The front door of this 70 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space.
The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed, a TV and a desk, ideal for those who work remotely. The dining area features a table for up to five guests.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine).
Both bedrooms have double beds (140x200), carefully made up with hotel-quality linen.
The bathroom has a washbasin, mirror and bathtub.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay, and a smoke detector is installed for your safety.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All you have to do is enjoy it!
Guests will have access to the entire home!
