Du kommer att känna dig som hemma i det här vackert inredda hemmet. 3 sovrum och 2 badrum är på huvudnivån och en stor master svit med badrum, mini-pentry och media rum på lägre nivå.

Perfekt för låtskrivare och musiker, familjer på semester, liksom affärsresenärer. Beläget i ett lugnt område, är detta hem bekvämt till flygplatsen, centrum och Music Row.
Köket är fullt utrustat och har en rullande ön. Den intilliggande däcket är bekvämt inredda. Njut av den solfyllda glassed i veranda med en fontän precis utanför.

Piano och två hus gitarrer är tillgängliga för musiker. Vår CD-samling av originalmusik omfattar lokala låtskrivare, många har stannat och spelat här.

Huvudnivån av huset är en typisk 3 sovrum 2 bad mitten av århundradet ranch. Det är 1400 kvadratmeter. Det finns ett sovrum med king size-säng och ett eget badrum, ett 2: a sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett 3: e sovrum med en twin dagbädd och tvilling rulla.

Den lägre nivån har en enorm master suite (24 5 'x 21.5') med en king size-säng, en sittgrupp, en wetbar / kichenette och ett medierum med en 50-tums HDTV med en Roku-streamingsticka och ett spel tabell. Det finns också en dagbädd med en rulla i media rummet som kommer att sova två personer. Den kombinerade vardagsrummet är 2800 kvadratfot.

This is a beautiful home with an expansive finished basement. The front enclosed porch is absolutely serene. There are pillows in the front closet for the outdoor furniture on the back patio. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The owner is very responsive to inquiries and needs. The beds are comfortable and the decor is cozy and inviting. We loved this home.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this house. There is plenty of space and the three bathrooms were greatly appreciated!As mentioned by others, having a car is very useful. We ‘ubered’ around for the first half of the week and rented a car for the last half. Next time we would opt to rent a car for the whole week. The Uber rides got expensive for 5.

Perfect location

Clean and comfortable. This was the perfect house for a girls weekend. It was quiet and close to EVERYTHING. Definitely would stay there again.

Home away from home for a family get-together

Excellent house with multiple places to talk and play, plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms to handle our family and a few friends to enjoy Nashville and feel like we were at home. Our host was friendly and helpful, the house was spotless and really functional for all we needed.

Long weekend trip

Communication with the owner was wonderful. I messaged with multiple questions and received a response very quickly each time. The property was as described and has a beautiful stream around the back. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and the property was spacious. It was stocked with many household items that were nice to have on hand upon arrival. Our group had a great time and the space was very inviting. We would definitely recommend this home.

Couples Trip

Location of property was perfect...just a short drive, or Uber, to all of the attractions. Kitchen was well stocked and house was the perfect size for our group of 3 couples. Also appreciated the suggestions of where to eat (Guacamaya's....best margaritas 🍹ever, and Hattie B's for spicy chicken). Great communication with the host and would recommend this property.

We were very pleased with the property. The location, neighborhood, house layout with porches and pleasant back yard, large, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and parking more than met our needs for the week. The hostess was responsive and helpful.

This place had more than enough beds to sleep all nine of us. The basement provided lots of room for kids to run around and let the adults relax. The owner was sure to make sure any rules were clear and gave lots of information about the area.

We just landed back in Truckee about an hour ago and were delighted to have discovered this wonderful "home" to call our own for a few days while in Nashville. We hope to go back soon and take advantage of all this sweet place and city have to offer. You can rent this home with full confidence that you'll be happy!

Terrific Time

This property was great. There were nine adults who traveled. We had plenty of room and privacy. Would go back and stay again next time in Nashville. Short inexpensive uber/lift rides to Broadway. The booking process, checking in and out all went very smoothly and easy.

Great location. Needs to be cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay however the house was dirty. Very dusty, floors needed to be washed, dead bugs all over the place. Neighborhood was ok. Would stay again if it were cleaner.

Great time in Music City

We had a wonderful time visiting Nashville and staying in Musician's Haven for 6 days earlier this month. The home was comfortable, including the beds, and well stocked with everything we needed. All the places we wanted to see/do was within about 15 minutes of the house, and easy to get to, as long as you have a vehicle. Our host was amazing. Whenever I reached out for information, which I did several times, I received a response almost immediately. Check in and check out was a breeze and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we ever go back to Nashville, we will definitely consider a return visit.

Great place

We had a great time at Musicians Haven. But was just what we needed. Nice location and quiet. Nice well equipped kitchen which was great because we cooked many meals together there. Our only feedback is that we could have used a good peeler for carrots and potatoes. The one provided was pretty bad 🙃 Also better lighting all around, especially in the kitchen and living room would make the place way more inviting.

Just Wonderful!

We enjoyed our spring break vacation in this immaculate Nashville home. Marianne is a wonderful hostess and she patiently answered all my questions since I was a new-comer to VRBO. The pictures posted are very nice but don't do justice to how pretty or roomy the house really is! We espeically loved the kitchen and dining area. We were able to invite family over for a home cooked meal even though we were the visitors to Nashville! And thanks to the house guitars my daughter is learning to play guitar. Don't miss a chance to stay at this wonderful property. If we are ever in the Nashville area again we will definitely want to stay here again!

Loved Staying Here

We arrived in the early AM hours due to a late arrival in Nashville. Entry was well lit and easy. Although in for business it was family staying together and lots of room. The house was very clean and that is the number one item on my list right there with our safety and we had both. Charming neighborhood with well kept properties. Just enough distance to downtown that a Lyft worked well for. The people of Nashville were super friendly which adds to the overall vibe. Our hosts were very timely with communication when needed. We would definitely stay here again should we come back and need to rent a house. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
