Läge, plats, plats! Det som lockade oss till detta exceptionella luftkonditionerade hem var husets rymliga utformning och närheten till allt. Ashcraft Cabin är centralt beläget i Sunriver Resort på Mt. Hood Lane, nära cirkel 4, NEW Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Recreation Center, Fort Rock Park, Village Mall och Marina.

Vi är en kort promenad eller cykeltur till NEW Sunriver Aquatic Recreation Center (SHARC) 10 minuter för en lugn promenad eller 5 minuter med cykel. Vi erbjuder tio GRATIS pool-, tennis- och pulkbackar med varje hyra.

Detta charmiga hem ombyggdes nyligen så att allt är rent och snyggt. Alla NYA madrasser. Färska sängkläder på varje säng, nya handdukar, fullt utrustat kök med nya granitbänkar, nya golv i bottenvåningen, ny VVS, centralvärme och luft - verk. Det finns en vedspis i det stora rummet och ved utanför bakdörren.

Nedervåningen finns ett stort rum med matplats, kök, sovrum och sovrum. Det finns också två däck ner - den första är en täckt veranda utanför köket. Det andra nedre bottenvåningen är utanför det stora rummet med plats för sommarservering och en gas-grill. Dessutom finns det en uppfart parkering för tre bilar.

På övervåningen finns tre sovrum och ytterligare ett badrum. Det första rummet är det romantiska drottningssovrummet, bredvid timmerjacka-rummet med två enkelsängar i polstil, och slutligen våningssalen eller barnets "styrelserum" som vi kallar det. Detta unika, större utrymme har två uppsättningar av två våningssängar (det är fyra tvillingar), fotboll / lufthockey, TV, DVD-spelare och en sittgrupp med soffor. En underbar tillflyktsort för barnen! Dessutom på övervåningen har vi en solstol och ett däck - ett bra ställe att fånga solnedgången genom träden!

Nedervåningen: 1 kung sovrum och badrum med en designer duschkabin.
På övervåningen: 3 sovrum - 1 drottning, 6 tvillingar.
Varje sovrum har en dörr som stängs - inga bullriga loftar.

När det gäller friluftsliv finns det flera cyklar i garaget som väntar på dig för din användning när du hyr detta underbara hus. Packa bara dina hjälmar. Observera: även om vi kontrollerar cyklarna varje gång vi besöker, är skick inte garanterat.

GRATIS höghastighets trådlöst internet, gratis filmbibliotek och tio gratis sommarpool och tennispass med obegränsad användning. Observera att passen är den återanvändbara sorten - inte papperet som en gång används. Återigen debiterar vi ingen rekreationsavgift.

Perfect spot for three adults and four kids to have a great time in Sunriver! Great location, nicely equipped (tons of bikes to choose from), and the kids all loved the bunkbed room.

Summer Getaway

Awesome location and layout! Loved the whole ambiance of a cabin feel. We enjoyed the front and backyard views. Great location to SHARC, Village and marina. Enjoyed the bikes!

Nice place; nice location

We enjoyed our stay! Well appointed, clean house in a good location. We were a group of 7 - 3 teens and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone.

A Wonderful Home to Stay In

Our family came to #11 Mt. Hood Lane to celebrate our granddaughter's 19th birthday. We loved everything about this home. It fit our family perfectly, with room to spare. The furnishings are very comfortable and the de'cor perfect for a Sunriver home. Also those showers are amazing.

Great layout for kids

Our 9yo really liked having her own playroom and bedroom out of earshot from the main living room.We also had access to a wide range of bicycles to borrow and a great loop to practice on right out of the garage. We would come back to this one.

Awesome Location

This house is in a fantastic spot. Close to everything. Lots of bikes. Nice quiet sitting area out front. Well equipped. Good communication from host. The only challenge we had was it was a little dark (interior lighting). We had a great stay and would rent again.

Great location and many places to sleep!

We love the location - the bike trails are right behind the property. The number of beds also really helpful if having an extended family/friend gathering, as we did. Teenagers loved the bonus bunk/game room. New renovations on bathrooms, and partial kitchen renovation nice. Only small issue is the layout of the living /family/dining room space - it is a bit crowded and difficult to maneuver in and around when the table is pulled out from the wall especially. And a bit dark. Excellent communication and quick response from owners.

Perfect Spot for families and friends in Sunriver

Place was exactly as described, porch out front was our nightly spot after the days fun, but so many other spots for latge or big groups. Plenty of bikes to choose from, sharq passes always great and they let you use sroa boat launch as well if you're floating the Deschutes. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, spices on hand. No condiments in fridge and i couldnt find metal spatula for bbq. Great location to everything. Solid place to stay, highly recommend. Owner answers any questions very promptly. When we go back to Sunriver we will be staying here again if we can.

Such a Lovely Stay!

This cabin worked so ideally for our grandparent/daughter/ grandkids Sun River visit, which made my heart happy, as the Grandma. The master on the main floor was good for us, and the upstairs worked great for the kids. The younger two generations rode the cabin bikes to swim, to the Village, and just to ride. What a plus! This home has everything you could hope would be included. Multiple outdoor nooks and areas to enjoy. Comfortable furniture and bedding indoors. Makes me happy to think back on this fun getaway. Thanks!

Great Sunriver location

This house is in excellent condition and looks to be recently updated. I was there for a family reunion and my kids and grandkids stayed with me. Four bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. There’s also a nice bunk room with a tv for the kids. Everything we needed was provided, extra toilet paper, paper towels, propane, etc. The house was fine for all of us, however the living area is not very spacious. I had hoped to host a larger group for dinner, but decided against it after seeing the size of the living room. Other than that, the house was great and we had a wonderful time.

Great Place to Stay

We loved out stay in Sunriver! The house was exactly as described. There were only four of us but plenty of beds for more. We had another family vacationing with us and they met at our place for dinner each night. The front outdoor space was perfect for us to set up dinner and hang out together. The bikes were GREAT! All four of us found a bike we loved. There were so many to choose from. We were all comfortable on our chosen bikes and two of us had ones with baskets which was extra nice. We appreciated the ten unlimited SHARC passes as well. All of the instructions were clear and the court was quiet with very easy access to the bike trails. This was a really nice spot to spend our time in beautiful Sunriver (and a couple of lakes and cool places nearby). We were lucky to grab this spot for our vacation.

Lovely stay!

You could not ask for a more gracious hostess! Ellen helped us problem solve an unusual situation with patience and kindness. The property worked well for our 3-generation family vacation. If you're a beer drinker, you'll appreciate the beer themed artwork. If you are a hunter, you'll enjoy the deer head and deerskin coverings. If you like to spread out, the kids have their own room upstairs and the master is downstairs. The front porch is a great place to relax and watch the baby Northern Flickers getting attended to by the parents, and to see a couple of fawns bounding about in the morning. There's easy access to the bike trails and you're a quick ride to the SHARC and to the north end of the meadow loop. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other staples. The bed in the master was comfy and the towels were great. This is a nice, comfortable place for your family getaway!

Amazing House!

The house was in great shape, very clean and tidy, and the location was fantastic. The drive to Mt. Bachelor was less than 30 minutes and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an adventure near Bend.

Bachelor, flyfishing with our boys or just relaxing.

We really enjoy the spaciousness of this house and the natural light from the skylights. It is close to everything you want in Sunriver yet it is in a quiet location. Truly a relaxing place to get away. It is perfect for one or two families or extended family. It is a place to gather with friends or family but there are also places where you can tuck yourself away and get some quiet time to read a book. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
