Great home in Sun River

We had a great stay in Sun River. Home was perfect size for our larger group with bunks for the kids and in suite bathrooms for each bedroom. House was clean and fully stocked. Owners were responsive and very hospitable. Great place!

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The property managers were great in communicating, the space was the perfect size, the pool table was a huge hit, we will definitely return.

Very nice home

We were pleased with this home. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Because it wasn't rented the night before, we were allowed to check in early, thank you. And a beautiful Christmas tree was still set up, making our Christmas celebration very nice! We all had a terrific time with our family. Thank you!

Simply Excellent: Best property we have stayed in with VRBO

Clearly a family home not one of those corporate productions. The set up is warm and inviting right down to the coffee mugs some of which were Christmas themed just like at home this time of year. We all decided we wanted to live there....smile. The home is immaculate. Everything was stocked and ready to go to make your vacation a success!We want to make this a yearly ski trip destination.Thank you to the owners.

Great location

15 Oregon Loop

This was our second time staying here. We enjoy taking the kids and grandkids for some family time, and since all the bedrooms have there own bathroom it makes everything smooth.

Family Get-A-Way

Our stay was absolutely awesome. The home was roomy and spacious to accompany our large family. It was an older home but very comfortable. The owners were fantastic to work with and was very understanding of our family's situation. We are very thankful for this get-a-way and appreciative for the use of this home.

Beautiful house...lots of fun

We had a blast! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, it was very clean and beds really comfortable. Yard was big enough for badminton and ladder ball. Showers has great pressure and big screen tv's were a plus!

Spacious, clean, well stocked home.

This home was near perfect for our large group of 16. There was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Between the 2 floors, and 5 bedrooms we could all spread out or be together.the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a good size, clean and worked well. The only thing I'd reccomend is adding some beach towels for heading to the SHARC or for uae with the hot tub. Tons of loaner bikes in the garage, mostly adult sized but a couple kids bikes as well. The house is towards the North end of Sunriver so a bit of a treck to get to SHARC and the town but it seems like most of the larger homes are in the same area. We'd definitely stay here again! .

Great house and wonderful hosts

This house was perfect! It was big, but also laid out well for group hangouts. The generous number of bathrooms was also a treat and key for a large party. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with quality cookware and utensils. The hosts were great and made the process easy as well as a generous bonus night which was so helpful. Thank you!

A memorable family experience

This was our families first stay at Sunriver. The house suited us perfectly. It wasn't just a rental it was a home. Well stocked with supplies, comfortable spaces. This house had good quality table. Liked the option of playing 9 ball. It also was supplied with a wide variety of bicycles that worked! We loved being able to ride on the trails. The hot tub was a hit too. The owner's communication was prompt, and they were so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Sunriver Weekend.

Overall house was as described and it was a great time! Plenty of space for a large group. Rated Cleanliness a 2 as there had been no cleaning service prior to arrival - sheets and towels were all left dirty/unwashed and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Owners were very responsive and gave a generous discount to compensate. Due to their quick and apologetic reply overall rating is a 5! Would stay here again.

Presley family vacation.

Everything you need and more to enjoy a wonderful family week vacation. Huge kitchen well furnished. Every suite had its own bathroom, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking for up to six cars without putting one in the garage if needed. The bicycles were in great condition and a lot of fun. All bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen was well stocked. The park passes are highly recommended and worked out well with our big group, saved a lot of money. Would highly recommend this home for a big group. Has everything you could want.

Family Friendly

We rented here to celebrate time with my 88 year old father. The stairs in the house were not a problem for him because he still gets around quite well. The house was great. The pool table and poker/gaming table were a big hit. We skied at Mt Bachelor and Willamette Pass. Both were easy drives. The amenities at Sun River Village and Bailey at Sun River Sports, who helped with some last minute equipment problems, just made the trip that much more perfect. Pizza from Blondies was delicious. We will be back. Property owners are very responsive and the property is lovely.

Dirty sheets and bad mattresses

We are long time adult Sunriver renters and stayed in this property in spring 2023. I didn't review the property right away because I have never posted a negative review. But I have changed my mind because honest reviews are important. This older property is in need of an update and has a number of minor problems, but there were two major issues. 1) hairy sheets in the upstairs master bedroom -- either not changed or washed with a dog/cat hair blanket. But how could they have been put on the bed when it was so obvious? The housekeeper did not respond to a call or texts, and the owners were traveling, so the guests had to sleep on awful sheets until someone finally showed up with clean linens. 2) Bad mattresses: The sofa "bed" should not be advertised as a sleeping option. The thin mattress feels like another set of springs. A mattress in the bunk room had a sharp spring sticking out of the side, which we fixed. We did appreciate the ensuite bathrooms, but would not return to the house.

We have so many wonderful memories over the years that this home has been a part of. It is just a perfectly located, perfectly laid out property for large family groups. The large lot and quiet area the house is located in are perfect for our tastes as well. Lots of privacy and rarely crowded!
