Lake Home, Dock, Hot Tub and Pet Friendly

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 half bath lake house is located on Lake Lanier, on the southwest end of the Lake in Cumming, Georgia, just off of Pilgrim Mill Road.

It is perfectly located with an overlooking view to the dock and water with amazing sunset views from the dock. Convenient access by boat or car to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more.

It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. A hot tub that overflows into the private pool with a ping pong table and lounges seating. The dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets!

The main level has 1 bedroom (master with king bed) and private bath; another half bath off of the kitchen. A beautiful open kitchen; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a dining room. The center of the house features an entire wall of glass windows to enjoy the views of the backyard and surrounding area. The main doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining. Laundry room located next to the half bath.

On the terrace level, you will find 3 bedrooms. One is the master with a private bath. Another hall bath for the bunk room and queen bedroom. Also, another full wall of sliding glass windows leads to an outdoor patio.

Have fun swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, waterskiing, bird watching, walking, and exploring the lake.

Lake Lanier is located in North Georgia, just 40 miles from the state capitol of Atlanta. The 692 miles of shoreline borders the following five counties: Hall; Forsyth; Dawson; Gwinnett and Lumpkin. Lake Lanier is well known for its wonderful fishing. Whether you want to catch a monster Striper Bass or go for a mega Flathead Catfish then fishing on this lake will be a real treat!

The original rental term is seven (7) days, with the first period paid for as detailed above. If the Guest wishes to stay the entire seven (7) days (or any number of days in addition to the originally reserved period previously paid for), they must make payment (before the stated checkout time) for the additional days (by way of credit card). Guest is in no way obligated to stay for any number of days beyond their original reserved period.
