These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

This is not your “average” resort. We raised the bar when we master-planned this development. Serenity is exactly what you will find here. Calm, peaceful, and tranquil vacationing on 44 private acres! We have taken feedback from our guests for over a decade and have created the most amazing experience available on the lake. We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, and a 60 ft swim deck. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.

*Please note, the dock is accessed by a 2-3 minute hike on a natural trail through the woods. There are wagons available to pull to the dock.

Woodhaven 1

This unit is best suited for 14 adults and 6 children. The base rate covers up to 16 guests. 20 is the maximum number of guests allowed with extra guest fees during peak season. Views will vary by unit but will be similar to the pictures.

Our Woodhaven model has 7 bedrooms / 6.5 bathrooms with 5 king en-suites. Enjoy gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake from this modern lake house with free-flowing spaces designed for entertaining. Located on the middle tier of the resort, this is an end unit offering a bit of privacy with no neighbors on one side, and a short walk to the infinity pool and hot tub.

This Modern style lake house is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. The large living room with comfortable, modern furnishings and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is the perfect place to gather with friends or family while you share the days lake adventures. You'll find everything you need to prepare a great meal in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large central island is the perfect place to prep, gather, eat and chat. There's room for 6-8 at the dining room table, 3 at the island and two tables for 6 on the screened in deck just off the dining room. There's also a covered deck with comfortable furniture. The spacious King en-suite on this level has a gorgeous bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The laundry room, with an extra fridge, is also on this level along with a half bath in the hall just off the kitchen.

The upper level is made up of 2 more beautiful king en-suites and a king guestroom with a futon that could accommodate a couple of little ones.

For some family fun, move to the lower level for a shuffleboard tournament in the family/game room. Two of the bedrooms on this level are king en-suites. The third one has a full over queen bunk bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. There's a covered patio and private hot tub just outside.
