The town of Plurien with these various shops located just 5km from the center of Sables-D'or-Les-Pins and its amenities (bars, restaurants, shop, summer market, attractions in the summer...This charming Breton house offers:- A living room with sofa and dining area for 2 people; - A fully equipped open kitchen with: sink, induction plates (2 fireplaces), washing machine, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster, kettle, as well as various accessories (cut-out board, utensils, stoves, pans...); - A large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm); - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet; - A terrace with a dining table for 2 people, outdoor armchair and sun loungers; - Fully enclosed garden (2000 m2) with parking available on reserved pitches in front of the house; - Charges included: bed linen, linen (towels and towels).- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.Optional services upon reservation :End of stay cleaning: ⏠42.00 (subject to the conditions of the agency's rules of procedure).Independent arrival is possible after 6 p.m. and during the closing days of the agency.
