In Berry, close to the A20, An ideal cottage for family reunions or friends in the center of France, a few minutes walk from the train station and the town center of Argenton-sur-Creuse and the city de Saint-Marcel. Town house, with private and enclosed garden of 100 mÂČ, private terrace and free street parking (in front of the house).
On the ground floor: dining room/kitchen with access to the garden, independent living room, laundry room and shower room/wc.
On the 1st floor: landing, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 single bed and a bedroom with 1 double bed whose beds can be separated to form 2 single beds, shower room/wc,
On the 2nd floor: landing and a bedroom with a double bed.
Veranda outside and access via the laundry room with 2 adult city bikes available.
City gas heating included in the price.
Possibility of 2 additional extra beds if necessary.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Pets: âŹ120.0 per stay
- Towels: âŹ7.45 per person per stay
