We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location with nearby stores and it was so close to Disney! The check-in process was easy with great communication from the owner ahead of time. The property was family friendly, they even had a step stool in the children’s bathroom and added a toddler rail for my little one on the bottom bunk. The Harry Potter room is a definitely a fan experience, I loved it!

Disney wonderland

From the moment we booked to the time we left, it was an amazing experience. Very clean and modern, homelike setting. There wasn’t a lot we had to do once we got there vs when we had to leave. We are staying here again when we come back to Disney. Loved it!

Home away from home

This is the second time staying at this home. We have always loved the area and this home just feels like home as soon as we walk through the door. My kids are familiar with the layout, they enjoy the bunk beds, game chairs and the decor. I love the cleanliness of the property, including the pool area. Communication is always pleasant as well as quick. I would recommend this home to anyone

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay at 34 Windsor Hills. The home owner keeps a beautiful, organized, clean place! Disappointed with resort pool being closed and cafe under renovation. Other than that would love to come back again.

Best place to stay near Disney

Exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is not planning more time to stay at the house. The property has an incredible pool area - not to mention your own pool. Having all of it heated was incredible! The place was incredible!!!

Amazing Home

Recently refurbished, and very tastefully thought out, this property has a little of everything for the Orlando theme park fan. Super clean and modern, beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need on hand for a perfect stay. Bonus of the plunge pool heating at no extra charge was also a pleasant plus.

Great resort and location

We loved the waterpark and resort pool (not deep and clean), great for families with young kids and teens too. The house was clean and had all the necessary kitchen and laundry accessories. The location is also great, very close to the theme parks (~15 min drive). Seaworld is about 30 min away. Detailed and timely communications from the host with very clear instructions. Great Gem Spot

My girls and I enjoyed our time here, the place was really nice and clean. My little one enjoyed to the fullest the waterpark withing the club, that was huge for me as I didn't have to go far for them to have fun. Fabulous property

This property was amazing! The home itself was beautiful and very clean. I really appreciated the toddler gear that was available like the strollers, high chair and play pen. Made it super convenient for those traveling with young children. My kids absolutely loved the plunge pool and water park. Great location as well, just a short drive to Disney. I would definitely book here again in the future!

Clean! Great location!

Pros: Great location, easy to get to all parks, close to Walmart and other food. Unit is exactly as described by owner and well themed which was fun for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked, pool temperature was perfect. Unit was clean! We would definitely stay here again. Minor things: There were a ton of rules , signs all throughout the unit and instructions about coming and going and all that stressed us out. The living room tv didn’t work, the master bedroom tv flickered on and off while watching tv (none of these things were a big deal since we spent most of the time at parks). I also ended up buying a better toilet paper at Walmart because the one supplied was cheap and paper thin. We stayed here the second week of January and Florida experienced colder temperatures than normal and I wish we had had control of the heater/AC unit because at night we were definitely cold and could not turn on the heat.

Very nice, very close to Disney, runs AC very warm for central FL.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We really didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we spent almost all of our stay at the Disney Parks. We would need to get two rooms on any of the resorts, so for the price and space it was perfect. The unit was very clean, and the host was very good at communicating expectations for unit cleanliness. They do expect more upon checkout than other units we have stayed in but not unreasonable. The host was also very active in communicating and assisting as we checked in a few minutes early. We did have one big sticking point and this is where my lower rating on communications comes in. The AC. I fully understand that everyone has different tolerances for temperature. But it was not clear on the listing that the AC would be set to 77F during the day and this was a big shock to us as we would come back in the hottest part of the day to cool off only to find the place uncomfortably warm. Had we known this we probably would not have stayed there as my wife an I are 68F people and we both need a cool home, my body temperature runs normally hot. There is a limit on their NEST unit of 70F which is fine, but we expected to come back and cool off, not find ourselves sweating even more upon walking into the unit. So if the AC is not a sticking issue to you, this is a perfect place. If it is... this is not the place for you.

Our family had an amazing stay! Our wholefamily agrees we want to stay here again when we return to Orlando. All communications were great with the host. Florida vacation

From start to finish our host was outstanding. Communication was on point from the time of us booking, to any questions that came up before our arrival, and during our stay. The townhome was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and so very well decorated. Loved that it featured all of our favorites. Bonus points was the plunge pool on those very hot days. Location was very convenient and a short drive just to about anywhere. We will definitely be back again!

Loved our home away from home!

This was the perfect choice for our 1st family trip to Disney…from making the reservation, to important prompt communications with/from the host, a clean, quiet safe community, an immaculate well-appointed home with a private pool…what more could anyone ask for? We chose this home for our 6-day trip so that it would provide us relaxing peaceful down days when we didn’t go to the parks. The themed rooms fun wall decor kept the Disney excitement alive! Amazing stay close to Disney

Really enjoyed our week staying here. Great location if you are spending time at Disney. Plunge pool was a hit after park days and the themed rooms were a good feature. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful home

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Theme rooms were super cute especially the Harry Potter bedroom. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn't get to enjoy the large pool, water slides and other amenities, but we did utilize the small private pool and the Lanai in the home. Beds were very comfortable. We placed a WalMart order and picked it up on our way to the home. That was a huge time saver! Parks were about 10 mins away. If you are staying in the coming months be aware of night construction and get ready to sit in traffic, or find an alternate route home.

So wonderful!

We loved staying at Club 34!! It was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was very comfy and clean. It was so convenient to get to Disney!! We loved playing at the resort on a couple of the days, and enjoyed the small plunge pool at the house. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. Hopefully we can make it back soon!
