Great home for family near park

We really enjoyed the home and all its amenities. The only thing we said was if this house had air conditioning it would be the perfect Sunriver house. With 89 degree days it was real tough to keep the house cool and the evenings were tough for sleeping but the fans really helped. The kids really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub. Being near the park was nice to meet other family for pickle ball.

So much to do!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house was beautiful, simple and fun. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather and of course the location is stunning. We loved that the pool table and pingpong table were in separate rooms. The bikes were in great condition. There was more to do at the house than we had time for. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We would return in a heartbeat.

An Epic Holiday!

Cozy cabin

Just great for the 4 of us and our winter getaway. Loved the cabin feel and wood burning fireplace. A bit too chilly for us to play pool in the garage when we were there but the hot tub felt great.

Overall - great place and location. Lots of options for teens (ping pong, pool table, hot tub). Best compliment = would definitely stay here again. Only minor con - SHARC passes not included.

Perfect cozy cottage!

Loved this spot! Well maintained and super clean. Right across street from park. Appreciate a dog friendly spot. Front sunroom was great for morning yoga.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The property is listed accurately and was a cozy comfortable stay for my wife and I. The only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work the second day but everything else was great. Thank you!

Wonderful pre-Christmas vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was impeccably clean. The wood burning fire place and hot tub were the perfect thing to come home to after a day on the slopes. This home was perfect for our family of 5!

Perfectly fine!

Property is clearly managed by a company, so all communication is fairly impersonal. In the end, the stay was great, nothing exceptional. Minor requested accommodations that would have been no problem were I dealing with an individual were not granted seemingly as a function of a larger, less personal operation. Just would have been better to know when considering the booking. No real complaints other than that. Thanks.

Overall very satisfied. The hot tub didn’t seem to get hot however, the temp was set to 104, but it didn’t get above 95 which is too cold for the temps outside right now. The house had some dirty cups in cabinet when we arrived, prob just an oversight, but was easy enough to wash in dishwasher. The bathrooms were clean, carpets were pretty used with stains throughout the house. There was plenty of firewood for us which was great because the house was freezing upon arrival. We even needed more fire starters and were able to pick them up from Bennington which was great. Overall great experience for our holiday!

Adequate, but not worth the price

For the price, we expected things to be a bit nicer. The Master bath is really tired and needs to be fixed up and/or re-done. Matching glasses, pots, pans, and silverware are necessarily expected, but the hodgepodge that is there needs to be gone through, cleaned out and updated. The lighting was very dark in the living area. Several stains on the carpets. Drawers that didn't work and hooks on the wall that were inadequate for towels. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one felt like a full-time rental with cheap amenities and shotty fixups, not someone's vacation home. We will have to think twice about future Bennington properties.
