Fantastic, clean, affordable, and right in the middle of it all. Spread out in this comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Cutest gem in west Monroe

I came down to west Monroe to visit the schools and visit some friends, and I was more than pleased with the place. For starters the host was a 5 star host, very friendly, amazing communication, and very responsive. The place I had booked with Vrbo was doubled booked and the host was very quick to sort the situation out, he went above and beyond and gave me an upgraded place. The place didn’t feel like a hotel more like a home, with the community, and I was extremely happy with my stay here, definitely recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Monroe, and definitely will be booking again!

The pictures of the property was just as it was, but pictures are deceiving

My fiance and I had to sleep separately because it said in the description that it was a queen size bed. It was a full. We looked at the sheet size. We only had 1 roll of (1ply) tissue, 1/2 roll of paper towel, 1trash bag, no washcloths, no kitchen cloths, no extra sheets. I wasn't aware that the apartment was upstairs. I had already fall and broke my foot recently due staris

Gem that could be a diamond 💎

Just a little TLC and this place would be totally awesome 🤩. Not the Hilton but way better than Motel 6. We loved the spacious rooms. The decorations were pleasing to the eyes. Little stuff like one kitchen chair made it hard to eat at the kitchen table. The bed was worn, we rolled to the middle which made for cozy sleeping. The tub had its share of feet that had stood in it, making it a slippery situation. Bedroom curtain were lacking privacy of comfortable, back stairs by the windows. Not huge things but still concerns. Would I stay again, yes. The location was excellent. Quite neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping.
