Fantastic, clean, affordable, and right in the middle of it all. Spread out in this comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

Hosts are local and provide support if needed

We respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle.

No pets, please.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Please, if you notice a maintenance issue or have any other problems, bring it to us so we can help instead of leaving a bad review. Not the same property

We booked one property but on arrival we were directed to a different address.Single unit booked versus multi unit building offered.Sketchy is a kind description of this place. Dirty, smelly and some sort of powdery substance was noticed in the tiny amount of time spent inspecting the place. We left immediately. My spouse returned to take photos for documentation. We stayed elsewhere at pretty hefty last minute rates.

Place was ok but needs some love

Place was clean,quiet and safe. No coffee pot and two of the 3 air conditioner units were inoperable. Thankfully there were fans to help and it wasn’t very hot outside. I texted and left a voicemail about the air conditioning but got no response. I ended up fixing the air conditioner in the smaller room myself. The outside had limbs and a little trash and cigarette butts. Other than that it was an ok place to stay. I would stay again.
