Welcome to the Farmhouse at Antelope Valley! Our house sits on 44 acres of land and it just an ATV ride away to access open mountain range. This modern farmhouse is a prefect getaway for family gathering, corporate retreats, and celebrate special occasions. The open space and expansive night sky lets you enjoy the evening stars.

Large farm house with more than 3700 SQ FT of open floor plan and 20 FT high ceiling with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the natural views. Large sectional/recline-able sofa and dinning table to accommodate a large group. 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with 10 beds that sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Large open kitchen with all modern appliances to host a nice group dinner. 3 adjacent parking garage with EV chargers on-site.

Large outside lawn, outdoor furniture ready for summer BBQ, fire-pit for group gathering and a mini-playground for kids.

Easy access to hiking, biking, and ATV and dirt bike trails. 3 adjacent garage space with 2 Electric Vehicle chargers onsite. Plenty of parking outside with private driveway.

Nice for family reunion

Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay. It was my parents 50th anniversary and we had fun playing cards and pool. My only small complaints are that there were some crumbs on the table when we arrived and they should take off hot tub from the post because there is only a regular bathtub in the master room.

Family Gathering

Incredible place to be where you can ride ATVs from the house. Find great riding and hiking at Moon Rocks and get desert sunset and night skies.

Private and perfect

This is our third time renting this property and it never disappoints. We already want to rebook for later in the year! This home is perfect and has everything including a new shower in what was a half bath, now a full for a large group. The owner is so great to work with and FAST in communication. We can’t wait to return!

Family Thanksgiving

This house was fine for our needs. We had permission to host Thanksgiving dinner for our family up to 30 people for the afternoon meal. We greatly appreciated that. As it turned out we only had 22 so the space was fine. There were some concerns. The listing did not say anything about no shoes in the house. We received that information the day before check in. This was difficult since we had older people attending. Also, the floors are extremely cold being in the high desert area of Nevada. The request to keep the heat at 65 was also difficult as the furnace had a mind of its own. Morning temps were in the 20’s and the house was cold. At night the furnace would heat the bedroom to upper 70’s. You might want to have the furnace checked. Finally the bathrooms and bedrooms were extremely clean. Which we greatly appreciated. However, the kitchen counters and table top were not. We had to clean them before we could put food items etc. on them. Many of the utensils had to be rewashed before use. The bathrooms allowed one towel per guest for the time stayed. We found unwashed towels in the utility room and washed them for use. There was no soap except hand soap in the bathrooms. The master bedroom had no pillow cases for the bed. Finally, you have a mouse problem. We had to vacuum the rugs and living area floors when we arrived. I don’t mind paying a cleaning deposit but I don’t like having to clean upon arrival.

Antelope Valley

This property was by far the best we have stayed. The house was the most well equipped with all you could need from cooking to playing games to the comfort of the home itself. Very quiet and roomy, plenty of space for privacy it you needed it. The outdoors also had plenty of space for games and just leisurely sitting by the firepit. Better than 5 star!!!!

Always a good choice

This is our second time our group stayed here and it was great! There is plenty of space indoors and out. The bbq and extra storage in the garage is wonderful. Communication with the owner/manger is easy and fast. The grounds and house are clean. Plenty of towels and supplies for even a large group like us. We hope to rent again.

Wonderful group getaway

A great house for families or couples. Loved the large kitchen/dining/living area for gathering and the patios for hanging outside and watching the kids play. The sunsets were stunning. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Unexpected Peacefulness

The home was pleasantly peaceful. No outside noise, but the wind and occasional birds. My family and friends take a weekend trip to Reno. We stumbled upon this home by chance. The photos does not give this home justice of how spacious it is. When we were not at the casino or the lake we were just playing billiards or just admiring the beauty of the location. Highly recommend this home to anyone who just wants a great place to relax.

Large, beautiful, spacious open home

The home was perfect for accommodating our group of 11. We were having a graduation celebration for a daughter who just graduated from UNR. There were enough rooms for everyone, and enough common space for us to hang out together.

Retreat home

The property and house was perfect for our retreat time. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space inside and outside for what we needed. Well stocked on extra trash bags, paper towels, bath towels, etc. Loved the "retreat " feel with the space between the neighbors. The extra large windows are wonderful to enjoy the scenery. Loved the 3 car garage, and the storage there. The communication is amazing fast easy. The house is well-maintained and clean. We would enjoy renting this property again.

Memorable experience

Yushi was an amazing host , she was available anytime to answer questions and very helpful . Property was very clean, spacious and family friendly , everything was brand new , 2 minor things that can be improved 1) Wifi / Internet speed 2) TV & Remote was not working properly

Great location, Amazing Property
