Discover this cottage located in an old farm building renovated to offer modern comfort while preserving the authenticity of the place. Located in the village of Villemurlin, along the D55, this single-storey accommodation for 3 people is an ideal place for a stay in Sologne.
You can also enjoy the land, shared with the owners' house. Everything is on the ground floor.
Entrance with cupboard (washing machine). Large living room with a functional open kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs. The lounge area for relaxing is equipped with a sofa bed (128x190), two armchairs and a television. A pleasant independent bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and its open bathroom (shower, sink, electric towel dryer). Separate WC
On the land, shared with the owners, a private garden furniture will be installed for sunny days. Parking on site, next to your accommodation. The property being a former stable, boxes and paddock for horses are available for rent, only on request from the owners. Enclosure with chickens a few meters away.
