Completely renovated. Spectacular Ocean views from nearly every window at this charming Maushop Village home. Air conditioning, Barefoot walk to private beach in only seconds. Stand alone cottage right in front of the ocean - awesome views. Everything you would need and more. Open brick patio, with breath taking ocean view. Weber grill, patio furniture and umbrella; High speed internet and WIFI, LCD TV. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Sleeps up to 4 with king bed in the bedroom, twin beds, wide plank flooring, new appliances and close to everything in Popponesset.

Barefoot walk in just seconds to private sandy ocean beach. Short walk to Popponesset Marketplace, home of the famous Raw Bar with its awesome lobster rolls, free weekend concerts, shops, mini golf, general store and clothing stores. Walk to the Popponesset Inn for waterfront dining.

Short drive to upscale shopping at Mashpee Commons .... or just sit, relax and take in the views!

Impromptu trip to our favorite Maushop Village

Maushop Village and this house did not disappoint. Interior of home was updated, clean, and quaint. Patio area could use some TLC, but can’t beat the location. Enjoyable 5 day stay.

Thanksgiving in Mashpee

The property manager can make or break the experience. We had problems with internet connection and host didn't seem to want to deal with it. Simply said, "there's internet". If you need to do work from this location, you may have a problem. And no TV due to connection issue

Amazing stay!!!

We had such an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect and has amazing ocean views right from the house. Everything was super clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back!

Relaxing Two Weeks

We took a nice relaxing stay to tour Cape Cod with my wife. Cottage was nice and very suitable for a mid-aged couple. Clean, tidy and comfortably appointed. Some unfortunate appliance issues were dealt with by the owner in the second week, but he did offer an alternative solution we didn't use, so kudos anyway. The small community around the cottage was a bit smaller and more limited than we like, the only walkable restaurant/bar choices were not great, so we tended to eat out during our day trips and mostly ate dinner back in at the cottage. We also thought we had an unrestricted view of the sea, surprised to find another row of cottages in front of us, our misunderstanding, perhaps could have been clearer in the description. Anyway all-in-all, a genuinely nice break and a recommended cottage for an older couple and near to a walkable beach.

Heaven

We had the most beautiful stay here in cape cod. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything you would need. There was lots of information at the cottage on things to do, also the neighbours were so welcoming. A 2 minute walk to the private beach and very close to the marketplace with great lobster rolls. We loved everything about this place and hope to come back soon

A Perfect Getaway Cottage

We had a delightful stay at this charming cottage in Mashpee. It's perfectly located by the ocean, and blends modern amenities with cozy comfort. Clean and well-equipped, it provided everything we needed, including easy beach access. A wonderful experience despite some rainy weather! Can't wait to return.

Perfect Cape vacation

We will be back. The cottage couldn’t be in a better location. Steps to the private beach which made it easy for our young family. Included all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. Beautiful community with lots to do. Interior was very modern and had everything our family needed. Host was very responsive. Looking forward to returning in 2024

Beautiful and Well Appointed Cottage

Access was easy and the cottage was as advertised. Ocean views are there from a few of the windows but not while sitting on the patio. Great appliances and bathrooms. Super clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately our weather was not great but we still had a wonderful stay.

The best rental in Maushop Village

We’ve been to Maushop Village for 5 years in a row…this is our absolute favorite house that we’ve stayed in. All the appliances and finishes are top notch, there’s reliable air conditioning throughout the cottage. The location is THE BEST….just across a small street to the beach. And the cottage “just feels wonderful”, and it’s just a perfect size for a family of three or four. Maushop village is a wonderful, safe, beautiful, quiet community right on the ocean…it’s just a dream vacation…especially in a quaint, beautiful, comfortable cottage like this one.
