The Oceanlena is a 2300 sq ft 4-bed, 3 1/2 bath unique luxury home located in the most desirable area of Cocoa beach, with sleeping accommodations up to 10. The Oceanlena comes well equipped with everything you need. Upstairs, enjoy the lounge and dining area open to the large wraparound kitchen with island and barstools, find the balcony off your upstairs lounge providing ocean views. Upstairs is a master queen bedroom- master bath, large walk-in closet and half bath. Downstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 master queen bedroom-with master bath, 2 queen bedrooms, plus 1 full bathroom. 65-inch Ultra HDTV smart TV in lounge. 4 bedrooms have Ultra HDTV (42"or 32”-inch HDTV smart TV). Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi access included.The Oceanlena comes well presented with all the necessities you will need for the most memorable vacation. Outside, enjoy fenced private heated pool and spa, outdoor shower.

Beautiful property, perfect location and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this property to families or a group of friends. Just up the street from the peer and a bike ride from Ron Jon. Fantastic property

Beautiful place and great location. The house was very tastefully decorated and pool/patio area were both private and expansive. Hosts were accessible throughout. We were steps from the beach and had easy access to many great restaurants. We even caught a launch one night from the beach. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described, clean, well kept and owners had great communication before, during and after the trip. The beach is a 2 min walk from the house and the complimentary beach chairs, cooler and wagons made the trip easy. Great beaches and close enough to watch the rocket launches from the cape if your schedule lines up. Over all 12/10 experince would book again in a heart beat.

Beautiful property, perfect location!

The host had excellent communication leading up to our stay. When we arrived at the property everything was perfect! It was clean, plenty of space and the pool and spa were Devine! In addition everything was so close by!!! We had the best stay. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach! Forget something? Walk to the house, need to cool off on the pool? No problem! I will absolutely be booking this property again for future stays!

Great pre-cruise stay

Excellent location in terms of the beach, pier and cruise terminals. We stayed a couple days before our cruise. We particularly enjoyed the on site hot tub and nearby airboat ride. Yelena was great. She was helpful, responsive and flexible. Much appreciated!

The best location!

Great host, great property and the absolute best location. Spent our days surfing at the beach, swimming in the pool and even watched two rockets launch! Would 100% book this property again.

Super Place1

We loved the house, patio, heated pool and hot tub. Very close to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need as far as supplies and accommodations. Also, it is close enough to the airport and to Orlando. We spent a day at Discovery Cove which was absolutely wonderful, ate twice at the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier right down the beach. We also saw a rocket launch. Some family members did parasailing. There was a problem with the grill and the owners replaced it within two hours. Great hosts! We loved it all!

Friends Trip

Place was big & very nice. Only thing…need more towels. No hand towel in upstairs bathroom. Need more than one washcloth for a two night stay.

Wonderful Property

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Oceanlena! It was a great location with easy access to the beach and had a backyard pool that our grandkids enjoyed. The property was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment and pool and beach toys. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Great Girls Getaway

The house was 100% in a great location, comfortable and well stocked. Lena was quick to respond to questions and offered great suggestions for local places to enjoy. We only wish we could have spent more time there. Hoping to return in the future for an extended stay.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to be that close to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked. The hosts were attentive to our needs and available when we contacted them. Family Beach Trip

The beach house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a fun week! It was a short walk to the beach which was convenient for our families needs. The host was so helpful in finding and mailing a video game my grandson left behind! Thanks again for a memorable stay for us all!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could need or want. The private pool and hot tub were wonderful! Owner is very attentive. We had an issue with the fridge and it was fixed and ready to use the same day we called.

Family vacay

We loved the property! It was very close to the beach. Closer than I expected based on the listing. We will go back again. The only negative thing about the property is that the listing say each bedroom has Queen size beds but they are Full size beds. The beds still fit 2 people comfortably.

New Years Eve Family weekend

This was the best Friends and Family New Years Eve weekend. Everything was exactly and mentioned. The layout comfortable and great for 2 families with teens. Awesome access to beach and all the equipment to make a good day there too. Great Kitchen and living room for watching football or movies all together. Will definitely stay here again whenever we make it back to Cocoa Beach!! Also - very responsive when text questions and received answers quickly.

Absolutely wonderful place to vacation!

What a cute, clean, and quiet home right by the beach and equipped with everything we needed for a day on the beach. We used the hot tub every night, played games on the table outside and upstairs, used a lot of the beach must haves that Yelena had available. We adored this house and felt it was a great value for all that you get! Safe neighborhood too. Saw turtles on the walk to the beach, plus a shuttle launch on our last full day there! Could not have planned it any better. We are thinking of going back for more launches and will definitely try to book this house first! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Very accommodating owners

We had a total of 6 adults that styed a couple nights prior to our cruise. Home is very nice and had just the right amount of bedrooms for our group. House layout allowed plenty of room for everyone. Only negative, and only because we had 2 people with knee issues, is all the steps, some steep, you have to constantly go up and down to enter or leave the main living area. Not enough of an issue to keep us from staying here again. We had a couple issues and homeowners always responded timely and resolved our issues.

Dream vacation house on the beach

Our stay at “ Oceanlena “ was excellent! Wow! This beach house is in the primary location and was perfect for our girls-get-together vacation. We were so happy to be just a several steps away from the beach and short walk or drive to the local restaurants and shopping centers. We could see the famous Cocoa Beach Pier from the beach. The property was spotless clean and well stocked. We had everything we need to enjoy ourselves at the beach: towels, chairs, body boards. The backyard with the pool surrounded by tropical plants and trees was stunning! It was so great to chill in the pool and soak in the hot tub. It truly felt being home away from home. The owners were fast at responding to us, answering our questions and fulfilling requests. The information binder at house was very helpful. I stayed at another vacation rental houses in Florida but “Oceanlena ” is by far my most favorite ! I definitely will choose it for our next vacation . Jennifer K.

My second stay, because this house has so many nice things about it. Owners provide many items that make the stay easier: beach stuff, pool stuff, small children items and security. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a couple bars. Short drive to several restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the pool area. Pool landscape makes it so relaxing. Real easy drive from the Orlando airport. Owners were fantastic to work with. Easy to communicate with. Can't wait to get back there.

We had a great time. The house has everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Access to the beach is super easy and quick, near the peer for food and fun. We had a great time. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Great location for a beach getaway

This stay was just as expected. The house was clean, the pool was stunning, and the beach was just a few steps away! We had an A/C concern and the property manager got it taken care of without hesitation! Great property and great experience!
