Linens, rugs, curtains, decor and mattresses are a dream!!! Kitchen SO well stocked with the most adorable China and plenty of it! Coffee setup so well done and appreciated! I didn’t miss a tv but others felt one is needed on third floor open area and rooftop. We could not get fire pit or fireplace to work but didn’t ask for help. Overall such a lovely space and the neighborhood had the most vibes! Wish we could have stayed longer to explore!

Thank you for staying with us! The new homeowner spent a lot of time updating all the things you loved so we'll be sure to pass it on. We appreciate the TV suggestion and will take a look at adding one up there. Would have absolutely been happy to help get the fireplace and fire pit going during the cool fall nights. You'll just have to come back another time!

This property is an excellent choice for family gatherings in Nashville. It’s close to 12-South and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and Belmont University. The hosts were great communicators. The house is very well appointed and the third floor deck is awesome for dining and gathering.

The host was great with answering questions and responded very quickly. The house was true to the description. It had plenty of space!! We chose this place because they allowed pets, so the only downfall was understandable, there was fur here and there, but again, to be expected with a pet friendly home. Other than that it was perfect for our stay and super close to 12 South, where we enjoyed walking to for desert pretty much every night!

Girls Weekend

We had such a great stay here! The location really couldn’t have been better — just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants in 12 South. There was so much going on and it was such a fun area to be in. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the neighborhood. There were eight of us, and the house worked out really well for our group. It was very clean and looked like it had recently been updated, which was a nice bonus. The only thing we found a little challenging was the lack of storage on the top floor. There are four beds in that bedroom but no closet, and the half bath doesn’t have any storage either. With four people sharing the room, having a closet, some hooks/shelving, and a little bathroom storage would definitely make things easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house. The location is fantastic, the house was clean and comfortable, and it was a great setup for our group. We’d happily stay here again!

Nashville stay

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Enjoyed the third floor fire pit and was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance for breakfast and lunch. Had a great time!!

Adorable!

This place was so cute! Plenty of space for my husband and I and 2 kiddos to relax and hang out. It's located 1/2 block from the edge of 12 South and so was incredibly convenient to walk and explore. We will definitely stay here again - can't wait for our next trip!

Fabulous location. Fabulous roof top patio! Tons of space. Tons of towels. Great kitchen. We had the best time walking up and down 12 South. Def take a walking food tour to learn cool things about the area - Secret Food Tour and ask for Colleen. Such a perfect house!

Great house and location!

We were a group of 7 friends and stayed for an extended weekend. The house was perfect for us. The best part is the rooftop deck and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings on there. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

Celebrating 50th birthdays with friends- this place was more than spacious enough for eight of us. Beds were all extremely comfortable with good linens/pillows, etc. Lots of stairs- not a problem, just an awareness. Helped us work off the great Nashville food!
