Great location. House is perfect for 10 people. Only issue we had was the lock battery died and Rob was Johnny on the spot to help us. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Nashville! The home was perfect for our group of 10. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the roof top deck. Also, communication was very easy with the property owner. We would definately book again!

Great Experience

Cool house. Great location. Rooftop overlooking downtown is a great place to hang out. Best rooftop set up of any of the houses in the development. Property manager was engaged and made everything easy.

Birthday Celebration in Nashville

Property as advertised. Very clean, easy check in process. Great location. Owner very easy to work with. Plenty of room for our group of eight people. Lots of space to gather when together. Lots of stairs which is fine if group does not have mobility issues.

Great place for large group

We had 10 adults (5 couples) 3 couples had their own room and bathroom and 2 shared a room and bathroom. Wonderful rooftop space. Walking distance to Gulch and $10 Uber to Broadway. Oh and garage to park your car in! It was very nice, we all loved it, price was much cheaper than an area hotel. Great communication with owner! Only con would be that there are a lot of steps that are pretty steep, wouldn’t be ideal for people who have trouble with steps

Birthday Weekend

Rob's place is a perfect location if you're looking to be close to all the action without being right in the middle of downtown. The views from the roof are incredible. Communication with Rob was always easy with timely responses and check in/out was a breeze. We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a 40th Birthday so we each had our own bedroom and separate bathrooms for convenience and comfort. The kitchen and living space was also spacious for the mornings and late night gatherings.

Nashville gem

We go to Nashville a few times a year. Have family in the area and just love it there. This is the first time I did a VRBO and loved it. The house was exactly as portrayed, with amazing views of downtown Nashville especially at night. The management for this property were wonderful and always accessible when we needed. We weren’t sure we were going to make our reservation due to a personal matter and the compassion and kindness shown to us was very much appreciated. I went with my adult children and we enjoyed hanging at the house in the evenings and the views from the rooftop. I would not hesitate to rebook the next time I’m in Nashville!!!

This property was Exceptional!

What a great experience with Rob and his wonderful Contemporary Jewel. Rob was gracious to drop by on our arrival date and give us a tour of the home and offer many ideas for Dining and Attractions for our stay. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to 12 South, The Gulch and Edgehill. One of the highlights of the home is the rooftop patio which has a Bar, Sink, Refrigerator, Grill and it's splendid views of the Nashville Skyline. The home was very comfortable for our family and the furnishings were First Class. We will put this property #1 on our list the next time we come to Nashville and hope to stay here on every visit.

The Location was outstanding! We were within minutes of downtown and Broadway. Also, great views of downtown Nashville, especially from rooftop! The house needs a few repairs, but our host was on top of it.

We were a group of 10 ranging from 21-50. Place was as described with plenty of room for all. The hit was the roof top deck. The adult kids loved hanging out on it. Location was convenient and we would stay there again.

Daughters birthday

We had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and suited our needs as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. I highly recommend this place because it's close to 12th avenue for shopping and Broadway.

Weekend in Nashville

Excellent location making both the Gulch area and Broadway very walkable. Plenty of room for 8 adults, and the rooftop was a great place to end each evening.

Great view close to downtown

Great place! Owner was very great if we had any problems. Beautiful modern home with lots of room and roof top is awesome with good views! Be prepared for stairs. But definitely worth it!

Great place. Location is very good. We walked to the Gulch in 7-10 minutes. 5 minute Uber drive to Broadway. We had 10 adults stay there & had lots of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.

The Gulch South is an area that is convenient to all the live music and sporting events, and is a short uber ride to some of the best restaurants and shops in the world!
