Vacation condo with in room jacuzzi tubs by Vegas Strip

I am happily opening my vacation condo to you and your family/ friends knowing you will enjoy every moment of your Vegas stay. It is within The Grandview property that also has a partnership with The South Point Casino & Spa so all owner amenities of both properties are available to you while you stay. It is located just off the famous Vegas Strip to bike or grab a quick Uber/ Lyft ride.

CONDO
The condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a tv and king bed with an adjoining spacious jacuzzi tub. It has a large separate full bathroom with shower and double sink vanity.
There is a kitchen that has a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker, and toaster, stove with oven and all the cookware and utensils you need in stock. When its meal time there is a kitchen table with seating for four.
The living room has a tv with premium movie channels and dvd player with enough seating for all guests with chairs and couch. When it is time for bed, the couch is a comfortable queen size pullout. The guests that use the living room as their bedtime quarters still have a place for their storage and clothes in a 8 foot armoire. There is also a washer dryer for your convenience in the room.

PROPERTY
On the property itself there is unlimited free parking with 24 hour security for your safety of self and property as you come and go. There is a free shuttle also that takes you to different focal points in the area. There are 5 heated pools, areas for children to enjoy safe water fun, and 5 hot tubs to choose from for the adults to enjoy a drink. There are many grill areas with picnic tables to enjoy an outdoor meal. There is a free weight and separate cardio fitness center, arcade, game room with board games and cards, business center, and even 9 hole mini gulf on site all free to use while on your stay.

One of the perks of staying at The Grandview is the ability to use all of the facilities at The South Point Casino located right next door. The amenities are endless! The casino offers daily deals and features a large selection of table games and the latest slot and video poker machines, an enormous spa, 16 screen movie theater, 64-lane bowling alley and a variety of 11 different restaurants and cafes. The most unique feature of the property is its Equestrian Center, which boasts an award for being the finest horse facility in the country. They have a fabulous 400-seat showroom that features headliner entertainment and dancing to live bands on weekends.
