Adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath Acadian cottage nestled underneath an incredible historic oak tree. Located at the rear of a beachfront home with private parking and a fenced in yard. The home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable (see reviews). Enjoy your coffee or cocktail sitting on the front porch with wonderful views of the bay. Ideal for walking/cycling to the beach and/or to Old Town, Churches and the Depot area. Pets subject to approval.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Perfect location. Easy access to everything and so quaint! The porch was a favorite hang out spot.

So cute and great location.

Absolutely loved staying in this cottage! The location is super close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants/ shopping! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property in an amazing location just steps to the beach. Also walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants! Great amenities including AC that works well, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, comfy living room full of books and games, and beautiful front porch perfect for sitting.

We came for the swim across the bay. Precious property. House is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host was responsive and kind. Great for visiting the beach and close walk to downtown for shopping and dinner. FencedIn for pets. Check-in was smooth and easy.

Great location and beautiful home.

My husband and I along with our 2 fur babies really enjoyed our stay. We had privacy and the location to the beach was perfect. Restaurants were minutes away. So much fun!

Homey and very relaxing

This property is excellent and so is the area. This is our second year going there.Miles and miles of beautiful beaches and no crowds. Area from here to Biloxi is very affordable and plenty to do.Alex and his family ( property owner ) are the best. Our home away from home.

Coco Beach stay

Right on the beach.Bring your tennis racket or pickle ball gear, courts are in great shape. King bed could use new box springs. Nice rinse off area when coming back from the beach.

Adorable cottage, prime location, welcoming host!

We loved the Acadian cottage! It was even cuter in person and was the perfect set-up for a comfortable get-away for me and my husband. Lovely front porch with rocking chairs where you can relax and view the bay and a nice yard area too. The location was perfect! Steps away from the beach and walking distance to old town. Beautiful homes and views everywhere you turn! The host was so nice and welcoming and available for any needs or questions. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend the Acadian Cottage!

Piece of Paradise

Absolutely loved this property! The sunrises were incredible over the water. Bay St. Louis has so much to offer. The only reason I gave a 4 for the check in process is we were not able to check into the cottage until 5 pm as it was being deep cleaned. But it was clean! Love this place and hope to return.

Quick Getaway

I booked a quick getaway for me and my husband while our kids were away at camp. The cottage is cozy, beautifully decorated and in a great location. You can sit on the porch and see the water. It's also close to town. We stayed for 2 nights with our fur baby. The home was clean but could probably use a deep clean. The property manager was responsive. I would stay here again.

Family Wedding

My husband and I were attending a wedding on the Gulf Coast, and wanted room to spread out/relax. The location of this property is ideal - easy walk to Olde Town where many restaurants/bars are located. We enjoyed the front porch and the view of the sunrise over the water. We were not there long enough to prepare meals, but the kitchen appeared well-equipped. The cottage was perfect for a couple -- with the single bath, it might be tight for four adults.

Nice easy place just not very clean

The cottage is behind the main house. It’s a very nice property close to the beach. Checkin and check out was easy. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately the cottage was very filthy.. it was straighten up but not clean. There was someone’s retainer was on the kitchen counter. The couch has dog hair on it. The corners of the floor and all the cracks crevices and porch and sills were dirty. Otherwise would have loved it. The owner was nice and we let him know about the situation.
