Our host was very responsive before and during our stay. The home was very clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and the outdoor space was nice. The water level was too low to utilize the lake from the property but nothing can be done about the weather. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Awesome place. Host responded quickly to questions regarding the stay. Amazing fall day to gather with family with incredible outdoor seating. House was very clean and comfortable beds.

Family Vacation

It was a great stay! The house was perfect for us with our adult children and their significant others. We got to bring the pups along too, which was great! The pontoon was awesome to available to us everyday!

Fun location for getaway on the lake

Perfect for our girls weekend. The brewery is close by. We snowshoed on the lake and went hiking at Taylor's falls. The cards against humanity that was there was fun!

Perfect for all Family including pets

We celebrated Christmas with close family and had a great time gathering in the kitchen area. Loved that we could have our furry babies along. Lots of space, pillows were wonderful. We would stay again.

For four adults and two toddlers, it was the perfect home away from home. We had everything we needed and more! The fishing was amazing! Nice to have the kiddie pool to keep the kiddos occupied. Nice to have a television in all the bedrooms. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great cabin

Great cabin, clean, great fire pit and we loved the kayaks. Beds are very comfortable! Glad we were able to bring our dog with and hope to come back soon. The water by the dock is very shallow but we were able to get our bass boat in to go fishing! We had a deer visit in the back yard so fun!

Family Vaca

Such a beautiful spot by the lake! The house was spacious and amenities were great. The property was secluded but easy access to many wonderful places to explore. We all enjoyed the use of the pontoon boat…so fun to jump in the lake to cool off. We found a nice golf course only 15 minutes away. We will definitely consider another visit!

D&D Weekend Success

The four of us had a great time! We traveled from four corners of the US and Canada to play Dungeons and Dragons and loved the rental. There was plenty of room to play our game and relax together. The beds are extremely comfortable, the lake is quiet and peaceful, and the patio is a great spot to hang out in the morning sunshine. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Twin Cities.

Family Weekend

Place was definitely not clean, pet hair everywhere, smelled musty. Outside space was nice. Water is very shallow, no boat access.

Nice place for a Christmas family gathering. Mouse poop in the drawers and under the sink were not what I expected. The amount of dog hair on the floors wasn’t what I expected either.It would have been useful to have some tin foil/saran wrap and ziplocks available too because we did cook all our meals there.

Great Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a great mothers & daughters weekend while attending a wedding locally. The rental had everything we needed to ensure moms and girls had an enjoyable time! We had some confusion about the pontoon inclusion and there were ants in the kitchen and dining room which we notified the host about immediately. Ashley, was prompt with any questions or concerns during our stay which made us feel truly taken care of!

Great time and great place for our family! Communication was quick with the owner. Spent most of our time in the outdoor seating areas which were great. Some other perks were the dock had room for us to park our boat & there were some items for small children such as a high chair, some games, pack n play. Fishing was not so good, but still a nice lake to boat around on. LOTS of algae and lily pads by the dock (in August) so we didn’t swim there.

Beautiful 4 level home & very nice outdoor entertaining areas. Home was clean. Pet friendly. We appreciated the ice maker & that coffee was provided; although we could do with normal cream rather than 3 containers of pumpkin. Pumpkin is an acquired taste. Close to several places to eat in Lindstrom, Chisago City & Center City. 1/2 hr drive to Taylor's Falls & Fawn Doe Rosa. Pretty much the only cons to this place were uncomfortable beds (too soft) downstairs shower needs repairing, towels are on verge of gettig worn, AC really doesn't get to top level of home very well & trek down to lake not for the old & very steep driveway to back our boat in. But we still really enjoyed our stay.

The house was stocked with everything needed for a weekend with family. We celebrated a family wedding nearby and enjoyed the property as members could easily come an go.
