Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the town center and the picturesque Port-Haliguen, the house can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a fully enclosed garden and private parking space for two vehicles.
On the ground floor, youâll find a spacious and bright living area with a lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living space opens onto a furnished terrace with outdoor seating, a parasol, and a barbecue â perfect for enjoying warm, friendly evenings.
A bedroom with a double bed and its own en-suite shower room completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet:
â One bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot
â One bedroom with two single beds
â The bathroom includes a bathtub and a toilet.
The house is also equipped with sun loungers, a high chair for babies, and a washing machine.
