A gem of a unit all around. We’ll be back!

This was our second year staying in this unit and we’ll be back again next year. It is in good shape, clean, and very well stocked in the kitchen in terms of utensils, pots, pans, large serving bowls, two different coffee makers, etc. The pictures don’t show a new couch set that was purchased last year, and is very comfortable. Also, something to note about this unit is the assigned parking spot is literally right outside the door of the building and is covered.

Very comfortable unit.

Great unit in Georgetowne House. Kitchen was in great shape and had all you could ask for. Bathrooms clean and renovated. Short walks to everything you need. Primary bedroom mattress was incredibly firm, so be forewarned.

Great Condo, great stay!

This was a perfect condo for my husband and myself. The primary bedroom had a view of the ocean and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. There were two other bedrooms and we used one for storing our gear. The bedroom with the daybed was a perfect nap room because it was dark. At first the condo seemed a tad small but after living there for a week it felt comfortably spacious. The balcony with ocean view was great. So nice to be able to see the ocean anytime one wished. The bathrooms were showing their age a bit and the second bathroom had a toilet that wasn't properly seated, so we just used the primary en suite. The living room furniture was also very comfortable. It is a lovely convenient condo.

Amazing vacation at Sea Colony

I took my 16 year old daughter and friend to this condo. It was lovely. The pictures don't do it justice. The floor layout with each bedroom on the other side of the kitchen was ideal for me to get up early and the girls to stay up late without bothering the other. The parking spot is right next to the elevator. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a small Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Being on the beach was ideal and when the ocean was too cold to swim we went to the heated pool which was right next to Georgetowne House bldg. We went to both the town of Bethany and Rehoboth beach where we enjoyed the funland amusement park. I asked my daugther what we could do differently for next year and all she said was that we needed to add another 3 days.

Great rental

The unit was updated and clean with a direct ocean view. The kitchen had all the necessities. Would definitely rent again. Vacasa staff throughout the booking process and during the stay were exceptional. Would definitely rent thru Vacasa again.

Lovely condo

Fully equipped kitchen with wide variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, coasters, pretty dishes, sturdy flatware. The colors in the entire apartment were well-coordinated and low key. We felt very much at home there.
