Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice beachfront place

The beach views were great Elevator broke so having to take the stairs while pregnant and being on the 5th floor was very rough.

Nice place but could be nicer

I rented this condo for my family to come and relax. We liked things about the place, but there also were some dislikes. We liked the view from the balcony, the walk in showers in both bathrooms were great. I was really surprised there wasn’t any kind of carts for luggage to be brought in, but there would have been no way to get them in anyway since there were only steps no ramps. We didn’t like that the sliding glass door in the living room was very hard to open and close. We needed to lift it up and pull it. Seemed to be off the track or something. I saw this was in a review from years ago. This problem should have been taken care of by now. The ice maker made some ice but it was unusable because it froze itself into a blob in the ice cube pan. I shut it off and just bought bagged ice. Overall we had a nice time but I don’t think we’ll be renting this place in the future.

Could use an upgrade

Pros: Great view. Quick access to beach. Clean, had all the amenities as described. Cons: Not really any, but here are a couple disappointing items: 1. It's showing signs of age/wear & tear. Carpet in the master bedroom has noticeable wear/tracking when you enter. I would think you could use a steam cleaner to clean it, but when we were there, it was bad. 2. Similarly, living room chairs had dirty/worn arms. You can't tell from the pictures. Same in the bathrooms - stuff is just used. Take a look at the bathroom mirror - if you look close enough, you see that the mirror edges are chipped. Just enough to give the feel of a motel vs. a hotel (my opinion - this may not matter to you) TV's are old, and while they have cable service, you would expect to be newer ones where you could connect from your laptop/device - easy thing for the owner to upgrade to make the experience better. Overall, the place was good for the price and location - but it could have been great if it didn't feel as old/worn.

Nice place with more potential

Just 2 problems, #1 ants all over the place and #2 the balcony door was very hard to open and close, needs a handle on the outside of door too

Don’t recommend 504

Neither slider locked, main slider was so hard to open and close, screen was off runner, toilet in bathroom, low water pressure, pipes rattled with every flush, window shutters in master couldn’t be opened or closed, owner showed up unannounced on Thursday banging on door waking us up to fix the outside door that never shut all the way.unit never cleaned properly, dirty soap in shower, dirty toothbrush and opened mouthwash in second bathroom.chips and corn chips on rugs in both bedrooms. Cable didn’t work in master. Unit should never be rented, paid a lot of money to be disappointed. Should be given partial refund.
