Njut av vårt hem på havet! HPS 3C har totalrenoverats från väggar och golv till möbler, vitvaror, räknare och bad rum - en komplett och underbar ombyggnadsarbete. Den stora direkt vid havet balkong med Adirondack stolar för morgonkaffe, och bar höjd Adirondack stolar för eftermiddagen cocktails är en absolut nöje. Den helt renoverade köket är en kock dröm. Det stora sovrummet är en oas av komfort och lugn, med en helt egen kaklat mästare dusch med bänk som har utsikt över havet genom det klara glasdörren. Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar att sova upp till 4 gäster. Ytterligare två gäster kan bo på Queen bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har en 54 "Smart TV på väggen med en dold DVD-spelare, och båda sovrummen har också Smart TV. Njut av poolen på High Point South eller tillbringa eftermiddagen på stranden och koppla till balkongen för sena eftermiddagen drycker, innan du beger dig ut för att njuta av OC nattliv. Bekvämt beläget tvärs över gatan från TJ Maxx och Liquor Store, och ett kvarter från den berömda och ursprungliga Greene Turtle!

Short GetaWay

We really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. It was our first time in the area and believe this was one of nicest accommodations Really good view and we greatly enjoyed the beach. We intend to stay again in the future. Just make sure you don’t forget to bring your own linens. Highly recommend.

Wonderful time

Fun family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation in OCMD to celebrate July 4th with friends. We had friends staying in other units in the building. Our unit was clean, and welcoming and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and have a pool to swim in when we wanted a change of scenery. We would love to come back to this property again!

Family Vacay

A beautiful well appointed condo. We had family staying in another condo on the same floor. The arrangement worked out beautifully for us. Sleeping to the sound of the waves then waking to a beautiful sunrise each morning was magical. The oceanfront location and easy access to the beach and pool are perfect for families with little ones. We will be back.

Mother’s Day getaway

Owners were absolutely wonderful and friendly! Anytime I had questions, they responded VERY quickly and were thorough. Check in and check out was very simple. The condo was gorgeous, no detail went unnoticed by us. A plus for us was that it was near two bus stops so we were able to quickly hop on and go where we wanted. Would highly recommend this property, we cannot wait to stay here again!! Thanks so much!

Lovely Condo in OC

We had a really fun stay in Ocean City. The condo is centrally located and just as pictured. It's very comfortable and well laid out to use the space and provide privacy for both bedrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted and the dining and sitting area are really nice. The view is lovely and we enjoyed the breezes off the ocean and sounds of the waves. We'd definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views!

Amazing place amazing views

We loved our stay The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated very short walk down to the beach The pool was very nice too a little small but nice The vies from living room and MB were amazing we would turn off AC at night and sleep with balcony doors open So u could hear the sound of the surf The owners were amazing and very responsive to work with This is definitely a place to stay and feel very much at ease We will definitely rent again Donna and Bill

Ocean city getaway

The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit contained all the items you would need for the length of your . Located in a nice quiet area in north ocean city

Perfect ocean view

We've stayed at dozens of places and this is one of the nicest. Great ocean view from the covered extra-large balcony on the 3rd floor. Even with sketchy weather, this is the perfect spot to just sit and enjoy the ocean. Description understates how clean and well appointed the unit is. Easy check-in and out, owner is super responsive and accommodating. Located in the northern end of OC, so a bit less traffic, but still close to the attractions and restaurants. Beach is literally a minute's walk from the unit. Would recommend for couples or families. Definitely would stay again if we return to OC in the future.

3rd year in a row

This was our 3rd time staying here and we love everything about it. From the open communication with the condo owners to the “like home” feel and of course the views. We had a minor issue with the door and the owners had someone come same day and resolve the issue. We will be back for #4 next summer.

We live in Myrtle Beach and purchased HPS 3C in June, 2015. We have another property in St. John, USVI, that we rent and share with our children.

We completely renovated the entire unit. It was truly a labor of love. We took everything down to the studs, and rebuilt from there. We outfitted, and decorated the unit as if it was our permanent home - in fact, it's nicer than our permanent home!

We hope you will enjoy our Condo as much as we do.

Everything is tastefully designed to not look at all like a "typical rental" There are a multitude of books, movies, and games for you and your family to enjoy. The main living area has a wall-mounted 54" Smart TV, and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted Smart TV's. The Master Bedroom is a tranquil oasis that is truly relaxing - enjoy the sound of the ocean while you fall asleep. The Master Shower is fully tiled with a clear glass wall/door where you can view the ocean while taking a shower. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped to cook any meal you desire. The balcony is an exquisite location for enjoying morning coffee, and afternoon cocktails. The table on the balcony allows you to enjoy your meals outside. You will truly feel like you are staying in an upscale property when you choose HPS 3C.
