Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and property maintenance very seriously, and the concerns you mentioned regarding the carpet, kitchen, appliances, and refrigerator filter are certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand how uncomfortable this situation must have been, especially during your vacation. Our team did respond and worked to coordinate the necessary assistance to restore the system as quickly as possible. While we understand that waiting for a resolution was frustrating, we always strive to address maintenance issues as promptly as possible. We would also like to clarify that our team remains available to assist guests throughout their stay, and we encourage guests to communicate any concerns through our designated communication channels so we can properly document and address them. We regret that you left with a negative impression of our company. However, we want to emphasize that guest satisfaction, property standards, and responsive customer service are priorities for Mr. Host Vacation Homes. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas that require further attention and improvement.

We appreciate your feedback about the tile floor and window coverings; we'll address these issues to improve future stays. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. It is always our goal to provide clear communication and high-quality service to all our guests. Regarding your concerns, we would like to clarify a few points: - The property you booked is indeed the same as the one listed in the advertisement. We understand that the angle of the photos might have led to some confusion, and we explained this to you in detail twice. We regret that this explanation did not resolve your concerns. - About the refrigerator, our team visited the apartment twice and noticed that the door was not closing properly due to paper boxes being stored inside. We kindly advised against this practice, as it can affect the appliance's performance. Unfortunately, it seems this recommendation was not followed, leading to further issues. - Regarding the mold concern, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please rest assured that it is being addressed promptly, as maintaining a clean and safe environment is one of our top priorities. We understand that not receiving the response you were hoping for might have felt like a lack of communication. However, we are committed to addressing all concerns with transparency and professionalism, even if the resolution is not aligned with the expectations. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. Best regards.

Thank you for your kindness. It was a real pleasure be your host. We hope welcome you again very soon.
