Great Stay

My family and I had a great stay at the condo, check in was easy, the condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well with everything you might need. Also it was in an excellent location, the Publix grocery store was a short 5 min drive and Disney World was a quick 12 min drive.

Our stay was great. Property with the right space. Nice balcony. Great leaving, kitchen and dining areas. Condo area is safe, they have a water park and it is a great location to move around Orlando parks and shoppings. Certainly a return place for next Orlando vacations.

Not as close to the amenities

Was grateful for a pool that was close by, otherwise the main resort attractions such as the mini-golf, kayaks, and main pool was about a mile away. Property was clean and comfortable.

Dear Troy, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our Purple Chair Condo. We appreciate your comments and would like to address a few points. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding our house rules and amenities. We encourage all guests to review our house rules and refer to the book we provide on the counter, which contains helpful information about the property and its surroundings. Additionally, we understand that the distance between our condo and the resort amenities might be inconvenient for some guests. To address this, we offer a complimentary golf cart shuttle exclusively for our guests. This service can transport you to the resort amenities, which are just a quarter-mile away. We apologize if this information was not clearly communicated, and we will ensure to emphasize it during the check-in process in the future. We value your feedback, and we will use it to improve our service and communication. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are here to assist you. Best regards, Freddy and Rosie Your Purple Chair Condo Host

Thank you for staying with us, and thanks for the feedback. We have ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the living room and opted for no ceiling fan in the kids room due to the liability with the bunk beds. To offset this, we’ve added a nice tower fan in that closet. Thanks again for your feedback!

Disney July 4th Getaway

We wanted to get away to Disney for July 4th Celebration. The Purple Chair Condo was a short drive to Disney. The accommodations were perfect! Wonderfully decorated, comfortable and secure with Gated entry. The owners are great and responded quickly with any questions we had. Conveniently located to grocery, dining options and we took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and cooked several morning. Will be back!!!

Nice spot

Very nice rental, clean and well kept. Area was safe and easily accessible for ride shares and deliveries for food, groceries etc. Close by to attractions, stores and restaurants. Second bedroom with bunk beds are a tight fit for teens or adults, a bit uncomfortable but not terrible. Available pools/club house on property are very crowded and is difficult to get chairs. Great communication from owner, over all a good experience.

Had a great stay

Freddy snd Rosie were great to work with. Quick to respond to questions. Check-in was easy. Property is as pictured. We were there during a very rare cold spell so sadly did not get to the pool ( one of the main things that attracted us to the property). We were really comfortable and happy with the condo. It’s close to grocery store, restaurants. We plan on checking with Freddy and Rosie for availability next time we head to Orlando.

Weekend stay

We decided to go a little ways from home to enjoy the weekend. We saw this property online and it looked very nice. The pool and lazy river were great. Room was very clean except the small overhead fans in the bathroom were caked full of dust. We wiped them down as best we could outselves. We understand this is the cleaning service and that is separate from the owners. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay at the purple chair condo again.
