Located on Pineview Reservoir - this is a 1300 SF 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, large great room, outdoor patio with private entrance at ground level (no steps). Dedicated parking only 75 ft from entrance. Guests have full access to HOA pool (open May thru September), Hot Tub, Pickle Ball Court, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoe Pits and Pineview Reservoir access. Beautiful views. Only 8 miles to Snowbasin, 2 miles to historic Town of Huntsville and 14 miles to Powder Mountain.

This house was perfect for our weekend in Huntsville. Very well-stocked kitchen, beautiful patio and grounds. Everything was clean and so comfortable. We’ve bookmarked this stay for the future because it didn’t feel like we had enough time to fully enjoy the space! Thanks so much to Andy for making this easy and a great home base.

Awesome private getaway on a mountain lake

Our stay at this mountain getaway was absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly nestled with breathtaking views of a pristine lake, ideal for both winter and summer adventures. Skiing and snowboarding are a breeze with nearby slopes, while summer opened up boating, mountain biking, and hiking right at our doorstep. The property was impeccably clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a seamless vacation. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making our experience truly unforgettable. We’re already planning our next trip back for more lakefront bliss and outdoor thrills! Highly recommend!

Lake getaway

We stayed in town for a race at Snowbasin and this was the perfect location. Close to everything we wanted and we got to enjoy the lake and the amenities each day. We were very comfortable here and would book again.

Pineview Review

This condo was just the perfect place, and Andy was a wonderful host. The condo was just as the photos and description indicate. Andy was very quick to respond to my various questions via phone call/emails/texts. We visited family in the area, and we all had fun hanging out together and participating in various nearby activities. The gated community was quiet,and the area was beautiful. There were adequate amenities such as a grocery store and restaurants within just a few minutes' drive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Perfect getaway

Perfect place right next to the reservoir. Plenty to do between the pool and hot tub, paddle boarding, bike riding, hiking, and more. The hosts were very accommodating, and we would hoghly recommend this VRBO space.

Great property and amazing hosts. Our family had such a fun time here. The property is in a great location, the area is gorgeous. The property was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil/tool you need. The hosts are really nice and have superb communication.

Wonderful Home in Great Location

The location was great for a mountain getaway. Direct access to Pineview, a short drive to Snowbasin, and a quick drive down the canyon to Ogden. The unit was very well stocked, with everything we could need. Andy was very friendly and accommodating of our needs.

Wonderful Huntsville Home

This property was the best we have rented. My sister and I and our little dog loved it. Hosts were the best. Can’t say enough about it. Downside….we were not there long enough. We will be back

Utah Vacation

Beyond expectations. Andy and Nancy were the best hosts one could ask for. Picked this totally based on location to Snow Basin and it was perfect. Nothing was too much for Nancy and Andy. We skied with them and had a chance to get to know each other over a beer or two. If you skiing at Snow Basin this is the place to stay hands down. Thank you Andy and Nancy for making out trip a great one.

Location, Location, Location. So much to do and see and centrally located. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities. The HOA community has pickle ball court, bocce ball, horseshoes, lake, pool (May thru September) and Hot Tub.
