Decorated with a relaxing beachy feel, this end unit boasts plenty of privacy plus a coveted open layout. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with all-new appliances, then gather together at the dining table for six. The primary bedroom features a comfortable new bed, plus you'll have flatscreen TVs with streaming services, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for added convenience. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the beach sand.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Cute Place!

This lovely condo was perfect for our small family. It was very close to the beach in a reasonably quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean when we arrived! We enjoyed our stay!

Great place but I think too expensive

We had a great stay. The house was very clean compared to other places in OCMD. I wasn’t expecting the beach to be so crowded that far up on the strip. However, the small condo complex was very quiet. There was no ocean view but we were very close distance to the beach entrance. The beds were not that comfortable but they were clean. Air conditioning worked great. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d consider staying again.

Great location!

This place was a great location for our family with two small children. We were able to easily walk and transport our beach stuff with the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds are passable but are old. The blinds don’t really function so we kept them as is. And the curtain in the master was half unhooked but no hooks to connect them back up. We enjoyed our stay but know that there are a few things that could use a little work.

One positive was that it is close to the beach. That's about it! There are stains everywhere(sofa, dining room chair cushion, both spreads in the one bedroom and the throw rug/carpet). The rug REALLY needs to be replaced. Parts of the flooring are missing, curtains in master bedroom aren't hanging properly, 1 bathroom cabinet was broken and the chairs need to be painted or replaced on the deck. The one bathroom and sink don't drain properly and there were ants everywhere. I would be embarrassed if this was my property!
