Den nyligen uppdaterade lägenheten är tillgänglig för familjegrupper. Ansvariga studentgrupper kommer att beaktas.
Varje sovrum har en dubbelsäng och en dubbelsäng. Det finns en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet beläget till vänster. Nya mattor i hela lägenheten har precis installerats samt en ny matsal och vardagsrumsstol.
Rökning är endast tillåten ute på däck. Askbrickor tillhandahålls.
Pool i marken i full storlek på komplexet som endast är tillgängligt för gäster som bor på enheten. Inga besökare utanför är tillåtna. Läs Condo-reglerna.
Gratis parkeringstillstånd finns på parkeringsplatser. Måste se Summer Manager för att få parkeringstillstånd för att undvika att bogseras. Endast 1 fordon på huvudpartier Memorial Day Weekend till Sunfest Weekend. Ytterligare fordon måste använda back / overflow-parti bakom byggnad 1.
Husdjur är inte tillåtna.
Vi tillhandahåller inte sängkläder, handdukar eller pappersprodukter etc. men 1 papperskorgen, en rulle toalettpapper och en rulle med pappershanddukar finns i början av din vistelse. Det finns extra kuddar och filtar i sovrummen tillsammans med täcken som redan finns på sängarna.

Overall the property is great! A little bit of a walk to the beach as expected. The mattresses are a little uncomfortable from obvious use but otherwise a great place to stay.

Night in OC

The property is dated but relatively clean besides missed food items by cleaning company. The beds were very uncomfortable and in poor condition. We did not sleep well. Notified owner about the issues.

Small, cute and cozy

The property was small, cozy, clean and overall a nice place for my tiny family. The pool was very nice. We swam in it almost every day. Will definitely recommend.

Great place for a mini vacation!

This place was more than what we were expecting! Beautiful inside & very clean! We loved that it came with a beach cart. The beach was about a 10-15min walk. The pool was great! Went to about 8ft deep. Water pressure in the shower was better than at my house! The only thing was the beds were very very soft. Which is a personal preference. Soft beds give me back problems. I know some people may enjoy a soft bed. So again, personal reference! Highly recommend booking through Annemarie as she was great and very helpful in ensuring we understood everything & had a great time!

Fun Times Had by All

My friends, husband, and I stayed here while taking a weekend away from D.C. It was perfect for our needs, everyone had clean bed, and the kitchen was well-stocked with gadgets. We would love to come back again.

Fishing Trip

Nice and quiet. Pool was great. We didn’t think to bring linens and I honestly didn’t check to see if they were available, but we worked around it. Ann Marie was very responsive when I had questions.

Cute and inexpensive

Great little place for a long weekend! Easy parking setup too! It was very inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it was kind of dingy. Possibly it was the people before us, but the chair in the living room was stained. I didn’t even want to sit on it. Replacing that chair and adding a few new throw pillows would go along way. The bed in the main room was super soft, which was OK for me, but it was like a marshmallow. The TV seemed really old in the image was kind of bad. Just kind of shocking because you can get a really decent TV for like $200 bucks. I didn’t watch a lot of TV so it was fine. It had a kitchen, but there was not one bowl larger than a cereal bowl! There is nothing to mix up pancakes or make a salad. I had to use a pot! All in all a good place for a long weekend, but it needs a little TLC.
