Den nyligen uppdaterade lÀgenheten Àr tillgÀnglig för familjegrupper. Ansvariga studentgrupper kommer att beaktas.
Varje sovrum har en dubbelsÀng och en dubbelsÀng. Det finns en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet belÀget till vÀnster. Nya mattor i hela lÀgenheten har precis installerats samt en ny matsal och vardagsrumsstol.
Rökning Àr endast tillÄten ute pÄ dÀck. Askbrickor tillhandahÄlls.
Pool i marken i full storlek pÄ komplexet som endast Àr tillgÀngligt för gÀster som bor pÄ enheten. Inga besökare utanför Àr tillÄtna. LÀs Condo-reglerna.
Gratis parkeringstillstÄnd finns pÄ parkeringsplatser. MÄste se Summer Manager för att fÄ parkeringstillstÄnd för att undvika att bogseras. Endast 1 fordon pÄ huvudpartier Memorial Day Weekend till Sunfest Weekend. Ytterligare fordon mÄste anvÀnda back / overflow-parti bakom byggnad 1.
Husdjur Àr inte tillÄtna.
Vi tillhandahÄller inte sÀngklÀder, handdukar eller pappersprodukter etc. men 1 papperskorgen, en rulle toalettpapper och en rulle med pappershanddukar finns i början av din vistelse. Det finns extra kuddar och filtar i sovrummen tillsammans med tÀcken som redan finns pÄ sÀngarna.

Pluses: Good location. Pool was nice. Great communication from the owner. Good amount of space. Negatives: Beds are a little uncomfortable, bit of a musky smell throughout.
We utilized the pool, and especially liked the mural.

Great location

Great place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. Easy access and parking, walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Small, but has all you need.

Easy, nice, and perfect for our family of 7!

This was my first vrbo, it was an easy process and everything was so perfect, check in and check out. My family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids qge 1 to 12) had such a great time and the pool right there, the location was perfect! Overall very happy with our stay!

Overall the property is great! A little bit of a walk to the beach as expected. The mattresses are a little uncomfortable from obvious use but otherwise a great place to stay.

It was an okay place to stop. I would not say I liked it or loved the place but it was fine for one night. The place was outdated and slightly run down with signs of wear and tear such as dimples in the wall and chipping paint. The beds were creaky and the host does not supply sheets or any linens needed including towels. The worst of it was the smell. It hits you as soon as you walk in, and it lingered. It’s hard to describe besides a smell of mildew and “old”. I had trouble sleeping because of the smell. Positives: The host was very nice and the shower pressure was good. Great location to the board walk, only a 15 minute or less drive. Plenty of space for our group and more. Easy parking as well.

Nice stay

This icute condo in a nice location. A little bit of a walk to the beach but we knew that before we went. All the neighbors were friendly and the manager was friendly and helpful. Great communication with the owner of the property during the. booking process. We would rent again for sure.

Family Friendly

Cute porch leads to the slider entry. Ground floor convenience. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and great for families .Could use some updates.The pool looks nice but we didn't get a chance to use it.

It was a pleasure

My family & I had a wonderful stay here. Check in & communication with the owner were awesome, she was extremely responsive. The location was great, and easy walk to the beach. The property did however need some updating & it was rather dirty for allegedly being cleaned after every stay. We found old food under the couch that my 1 year old was trying to eat. Also the shower drain does not plug, which would have been nice to know considering I have a 1 & 3 year old.

Great place for a mini vacation!

This place was more than what we were expecting! Beautiful inside & very clean! We loved that it came with a beach cart. The beach was about a 10-15min walk. The pool was great! Went to about 8ft deep. Water pressure in the shower was better than at my house! The only thing was the beds were very very soft. Which is a personal preference. Soft beds give me back problems. I know some people may enjoy a soft bed. So again, personal reference! Highly recommend booking through Annemarie as she was great and very helpful in ensuring we understood everything & had a great time!

Cute and inexpensive

Great little place for a long weekend! Easy parking setup too! It was very inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it was kind of dingy. Possibly it was the people before us, but the chair in the living room was stained. I didn’t even want to sit on it. Replacing that chair and adding a few new throw pillows would go along way. The bed in the main room was super soft, which was OK for me, but it was like a marshmallow. The TV seemed really old in the image was kind of bad. Just kind of shocking because you can get a really decent TV for like $200 bucks. I didn’t watch a lot of TV so it was fine. It had a kitchen, but there was not one bowl larger than a cereal bowl! There is nothing to mix up pancakes or make a salad. I had to use a pot! All in all a good place for a long weekend, but it needs a little TLC.

This Condo Association is comprised of owners who are committed to ensuring a well-maintained community. We are committed to enforcing the Condo Association rules to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. The Summer Manager is available from Memorial Day to Sunfest weekend.
We do not provide linens or towels.

The unit in building #3 is located on the corner Lark Lane and Gull Way.
There is a front deck with deck chair which faces the common ground area. Swimming pool on site. Free parking. Free Cable + WiFi. Within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Beach, bars, restaurants and various activities.
