Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this Destin Seafarer second floor end unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath, washer and dryer in the condo, hallway bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa, free WIFI, fully equipped updated kitchen and living/dining room that offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

We didn't need anything our condo was fully stocked.you have to realize this is an older condo so it's not fancy on the outside and the tub in the condo is old, but the shorter walk to the beach and the view bypasses anything else.

My 2 daughters and their families and myself and my husband stay here at different times during the year. We also get the same room 101 each time. Everything is always clean, stocked and ready for us each time. The beach set up (until Oct 31st) is included in your rental and that's not the case at other resorts!The office staff is professional and just "sweet" as can be. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!!

Short distance to Big Kahuna’s and the best view of Heather ocean. When I stay in Destin I don’t want to have to walk far to the beach or find a place to set up it is all there for me. And the bonus is the Back Porch is right next door. It’s all about location and not being over crowded like the high rise condo. Perfect place to stay.

There’s nothing more fantastic than waking up every morning with views directly onto the Emerald Coast. The Unit was perfect for our needs - all we needed to provide was food and drink. The couch and chairs could do with replacing soon, as could the carpet in the bedroom. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
