Fyra sovrum stuga att hyra. Ligger 12 miles norr om Harbor Springs på natursköna M-119 (den nationellt kända "Tunnel of Trees") i Good Hart, Michigan. Fantastiskt område för cyklister (sista delen av DALMAC-cykelturen).

Vi föredrar hyra lördag till lördag under juni-augusti.

Nästan 2 000 kvadratmeter har huset vacker solnedgång mot Lake Michigan från de flesta rum. Fyra sovrum, tre fulla bad - inklusive sovrum med king-size, lyxig bäddmadrass, 1 000 gänglinne, klädkammare och angränsande badrum. Det finns två queen-size bäddar med bäddmadrass och en annan dubbelsäng i övre säng i övriga tre sovrum. Samtida färdig källare.

Huset har tre separata bostadsområden, vilket möjliggör stora familjesammanträden.

Köket har kylskåp och gasspis / diskmaskin, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 4 HDTV: er i hela huset (inklusive 62 "tum med stereoljud i källaren). Det finns två TV-apparater utrustade med Apple TV och två med Roku (tillgängliga för att strömma Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now etc. plus lokala TV-kanaler) och Blu-Ray DVD-spelare, fyra stereosystem och källarrum med ping pongbord och kortbord - erbjuder alla varelser bekvämligheter i hemmet. Huset ligger 400 meter från vägen på kraftigt skogsområde 5+ tunnland som erbjuder avskild sekretess. Strandgallar som ligger nedanför fastigheten för privat tillgång till stranden. Två, township stränder inom en kilometer från stugan. Dessa åtkomstpunkter möjliggör fin strandkamning. Gott om offentliga och semi-privata golfbanor inom bekvämt köravstånd. Fritidssjöar i landet (Burt Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Larks Lake, Douglas Lake och andra) i närheten.

Trevliga unika butiker och allmän butik med gångavstånd.

Bara 20 minuter från Boyne Highlands golf och skidåkning.

Sju mil söder om det berömda Legs Inn, Cross Village. Åtta mil norr om Pond Hill Farm och Harbor Springs Winery. Njut av glasblåsning på Good Hart Glass Works eller hantverk i Three Pines Studio.

This was our 10th year staying at this beautiful property. The pictures do not do the home justice. Can’t beat the view and close proximity to great beach. Also, every possible creature comfort and amenity has been considered (pots, pans, sandwich bags, shower gel, etc). Hosts are wonderful.

My family of 7 enjoyed a wonderful, summer week up north at Pat's place. Pat was a helpful and clear communicator, and her home was comfy and well stocked. The views of the water and surrounding nature are tough to beat. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful view of the lake, beach access was not walkable with kids, but the two township beaches are an easy drive. A/C was not very effective, but we got lucky in that way with slightly cooler weather.

Thank you for your comments. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I had the air checked out in the last 6 weeks. It was fine. A quick heads up might have allowed us to troubleshoot your experience. Since it is hot-water heating and forced-air cooling, it is often easy for clients to set the vents and the thermostats to work against each other. And sometimes clients unplug the dehumidifier - a necessary element for cooling! We will work on better directions and encourage more communication. Thanks for the feedback.

We have rented this property for several years now. It is a very nice home with an incredible overlook of Lake Michigan. The home gives us access to the Tunnel of Trees, a nice sandy beach only a few minutes away, large grounds for our lawn games, a comfortable deck for watching sunsets, and a nice fire pit for chats. In other words, it gives us all we need to either stay active or relax.The location is ideal. We can travel to several small towns, find places to eat, and play golf. Our host is great. She is very responsive to our texts. She welcomes suggestions and is easy to get along with.Each year we find more things we like about the home, property, and location.

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house with our large family of young adults/older teens. The area is quiet but close enough to action if you want it. We loved the Church beach and spending time on the outside deck. We would stay again.

Beautiful view

Even in the winter the sunset patio was a great place for an evening drink. Lots of room and places for people to relax. The basement and games were great entertainment.

Little piece of paradises

This property was everything and more of what it says. Kitchen, and bathrooms well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fabulous time just sitting and looking out in Lake Michigan and seeing amazing sunset. Will be back again

Lake over look

We had a great time in the quiet hamlet of Good Hart. The back yard was full of wildlife, beautiful trees, fantastic deck with grill and comfortable seating. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Nice walk to the two beaches and all kinds of hiking/walking trails. The view of Lake Michigan was over the top.

Michigan vacation

Property was clean and very roomy. A bit outdated but had a rustic charm. Overall, the accommodations were very good in meeting our needs. Access to the beach was a bit farther away than we would have preferred, but the beach was spectacular! Beach was sandy spacious with no rocks. We all enjoyed our stay! Thank you. :-)

Perfect relaxing Lake views

Well organized, beautiful house . Plenty of space to leave hobbies and books in progress in between hikes. We enjoyed meals at small local restaurants a few times. Everything I want for cooking and baking is provided. Sunsets are beautiful.

Would stay again!

Cottage was roomy, super clean and furnished with anything we needed. The view was stunning and lots of spots to sit and enjoy. No access to the lake on the property but the beach is a 2 minute drive away. Mesmerizing sunsets every night, lake breezes, bonfires and the quaint Good Hart General store is a 5 minute walk away. Couldn't ask for anything more. We can absolutely see why people come back every year.

Clean, comfy, cozy cottage with amazing sunset view

The cottage was the perfect location for our family gathering. There was abundant space and comfy beds for 6 adults. The sunset deck and fire pit were great and used each day to enjoy mother nature’s end of day show. The beach is a quick 4 minute drive away. The Good Hart store is a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a relaxing, nostalgic stay in Good Hart this spot is a great choice!

Love all nature has to offer. Blessed to be able to view and access the Great Lakes. M119 is my favorite road bike ride. Our cottage holds generations of great memories.

This property was purchased shortly after Pat cycled the DALMAC, and was introduced to the beauty of M 119 and Emmet County. It has brought many years of enjoyment to her friends and family.

This property has fabulous sunset views of Lake Michigan. It has plenty of space indoors and out for large families to gather together and find their own area to enjoy their own time. It is located along the famous M119 Tunnel of Trees. One of the most beautiful drives in the nation. This location is also a great remote home office. The location is in the heart of great numerous preserves for hiking given all the Little Traverse Conservancy properties https://landtrust.org/nature-preserve-map. You can also boat in the Great Lakes or along the inland waterway.
