Located just a few miles from Pier Park, the cool and cozy Horizon South 27C condo in the Horizon South Condominiums is a 10-minute walk to the beach and some great restaurants. There is even a putt-putt place just outside your door! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was completely remodeled in 2020, including all furnishings and bedding – a fresh space for any beach getaway. It features 960 square feet and space to relax and hang out after shopping, playing, and eating in Panama City Beach. When you want to unwind, head back to Horizon South 27C to stream TV, whip up some snacks, or figure out which community amenities you'll check out.

Ready to wash off the sand and sunscreen? Horizon South 27C has a private, outdoor covered patio with seating and a shower so you can rinse off from the beach. In the living room, flip on the 55-inch flatscreen TV (streaming only) to watch the game, turn on cartoons for the kids, or find a movie for a laid-back night. The large coffee table is great for snacks, drinks, board games, or puzzles on rainy days. Snacks and simple meals are easy in the kitchen, lightly furnished with bowls (4), plates (4), and silverware (1 set). It has a cookie sheet, some mixing bowls, a pizza cutter, and a spatula, along with a microwave, coffeemaker, knife set, small oven, small dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer (no ice maker).

At night, retreat to the comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed in the master on the main floor and 2 queen beds in the loft bedroom. There is one full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, and each bedroom has its own 40-inch flatscreen TV. When you want to wander out a bit, community amenities include several pools, a miniature golf course, tennis courts, swing sets, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a pool table in the clubhouse. There are even nice picnic areas with grills nearby!

• If you love extra ice, be sure to stop by the store for a bag as there is no icemaker in the condo.
• Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and pool towels.
• Dishes are limited; we suggest bringing paper plates and cups for easy cleanup!
• Armbands are available for $20 each at the security office — this gives guests access to the pool, the beach, and all areas on the property.
• Parking passes are $25 per car and must be purchased at the on-site security office.
