No matter what your reason for visiting AZ, whether it be the warm weather, golf, Spring Training, work, or just to get away, we offer a private, quiet space in our bungalow home. Enjoy a soak in our patio hot tub, walk to the nearby pool, go for a stroll on any of the miles of trails, or just relax in your cozy King bed and watch any of our hundreds of movies or shows from our collection. Great shopping nearby at Santan Village or visit the quaint downtown area of Gilbert.

**We do have on site 1 non allergenic dog. Winston is a calm golden doodle. He does not go in the guest room.**

**The space
We offer a very private setting for up to two guests. Come and go with ease as you have your own key pad code to your room that's chosen by you upon arrival. Private master suite with full bath and essentials plus! Check in from 3pm to 10pm preferred. Check out by 11 am. Subject to flexibility based on need and booking schedule.


** Guest access

Front door is keyed and handed off by owner upon check in. Guests have access by electronic keypad to their private King suite with full bath, mini fridge, and TV with thousands of TV and movie choices and blu ray player. Shared but enclosed courtyard with seating, fire pit, bbq and hot tub. Guests have cooler, towels, sunscreen and pool floats available for use.

**Parking
Guest parking is approximately 70 ft away. Home is a bungalow style with ample guest parking.

Very lovely king suite

Very clean, very quiet. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Their dog, Winston was a delight. We were given recommendations for fun places to go and good food. The hosts were charming and very helpful. We were very much at home and enjoyed our stay immensely! Would definitely stay there in the future!

Wonderful weekend!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Gilbert King Suite. The king size bed was so comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. We spent the evening relaxing in the hot tub and in the morning enjoyed a great cup of coffee. Thank you Kevin and Kristen for being such great hosts.

Pleasant stay in shared space

Hosts couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. I very much enjoyed my interaction with them and would stay here again. I had never stayed in a shared space type of rental before & they made our first experience enjoyable. Thank you, Kevin.

Very gracious hosts

My son and I stayed here while he played a baseball tournament near by. Everything was as advertised and more. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for your hospitality!

Highly Recommended!

Gilbert King Suite is a great place to stay! We just enjoyed two fabulous weeks at this VRBO and cannot express enough how fabulous the hosts, Kevin and Kristen, are and how helpful they were to us during our stay. They always made sure our needs were met, and they shared so many great ideas of things to do in the area. The room was very nice and clean and stocked with many amenities needed while on vacation. The hot tub is wonderful, and the community pool area is very nice and clean. Winston, their dog, is also a delight and we enjoyed seeing him every day. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Rare find

We were welcomed by the host and given a tour of the facilities. K&K are very social and accommodating. The room was very clean, with everything you need. This is the place that you kind of do not want to give a raving review because when the word gets out how nice it is, it may be hard to book it again. Thank you K&K for a great stay in Gilbert AZ.

Power Ranch room

Lovely home and room with a great bed and bathroom. Kevin was very welcoming and provided me with everything I needed for an excellent stay. My only concern was that I did not have a car and the closest breakfast place was 2 miles away. I was visiting family and they were not always available. I had brought some cheese and fruit with me on the plane and that sufficed for my breakfast. Also the room has a refrigerator which was great for the real food. Also sweet and salty snacks are provided by the hosts. I enjoyed the sparkling water that was provided.

We had a wonderful experience. Kevin and Kristen were great hosts. The accommodations were comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was awesome. I sometimes have trouble sleeping away from home but the bed was a dream! Winston was a perfect gentleman!

Fantastic!

Our stay with Kristin, Kevin, and "Winston" was excellent. The suite we stayed in was part of a beautiful home that they shared with us however, we had total privacy. A spotless and beautifully decorated property. Kevin and Kristin were very informative about local attractions and food places. 8 minutes from Mesa/Gateway Airport. We definitely recommend this property and would enjoy staying here again the next time we are in Phoenix.

Immaculate, comfortable furnishings. A true home away from home, only better! Very comfortable bed. Tons of media entertainment. Spacious ensuite, double sink bathroom with luxury toiletries and linens. Snacks and beverages available. Hosts were available, yet invisible. Would definitely book again.

Exceeded expectations

Great accommodations! Very close to Meas/Gateway airport. Hosts were very detailed oriented. Fresh brewed coffee every morning at our requested time, even had to go cups for our early departure! Will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!

Cozy getaway

Great stay

The suite is well appointed and owners are attentive and accommodating, but Winston was the best part of the stay
 such a sweetheart. Stay here was with my 13 yo son. The only note for future guests is that the en suite bath does not have a door separating the shower from the rest of the bedroom, which is very awkward for a mom with her teenage son (!!). 😅

Power Ranch Suite - First Gilbert AZ visit

The suite accommodated my needs 100%. With the beautiful bedroom size, , soothing decor, ample walk-in closet space and shower area, well-stocked refrigerator beyond my delight. The host served fresh latte or coffee based on my desire each morning. And, a variety of welcome basket snacks, robes. I receive detailed TV streaming instructions - very helpful . I genuinely felt welcomed in their home and curious about the area’s local destination sites to explore that was provided. Thank you.
