Pool was extremely cold, per description of property, went to turn on the pool pump heater, only to find out it wasn't even connected. Messaged the host 3 days in a row with no response, finally gave up as I was less than impressed. Towels had black hairs on them, mold that someone else noted in their review was still present, hairs inone of the tubs,. Could have used a few more kitchen utensils and the drinking glasses provided wer found in the cupboard with melted edges, clearly not dishwasher safe... 10 cent shower curtain would not stay in place, and for a place that could sleep 10, there is room in the living room to seat 3 people. Needs more couch, chair space for people.

Great location!!!

Wonderful neighborhood and so close to everything you need. Especially Disney. My Lyft was 11.00 one way. House is great for dogs and the neighborhood great for walking. All tile flooring which is great and there was a bonus dog crate in the garage. The owner took out their time to message me a merry Christmas. I would definitely stay again.

Not clean

We had several cleanliness issues with this property. The shower curtains were all covered with mildew and mold in every bathroom and there were rust stains. The ceiling of the front master bedroom was covered in a thick layer of dust near the air vent. The pool screen was torn and the door to the pool didn’t lock. The pool furniture was also in bad shape. The beds had filthy throw pillows placed on them. The pillow was yellow with age and.dirt and the sheets had some human hairs made into the bed.

Great experience.

The house is lovely and perfect for a family vacation. The new linens (bed linens and towels), were appreciated. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware are also new and appreciated. The only negative I have is the pool section, the area is mildew ridden and the outdoor furniture is also mildew. One chaise lounges collapsed. We attempted to tape together so we had sufficient seating. My communication with the property owner prompted immediate response and assurances of attention to those matters. However not to our vacation benefit. With those corrections, I would definitely return to this location.

Great vacation home

The house was perfect. Large enough for all of us, with 2 masters plus 2 more bedrooms. Close to Disney and many restaurants. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions.

Great location for Disney

Nice property with a very close/convenient location to Disney World. Everything was as advertised. Only negative was the house didn’t carry any wash cloths so we bought some at Target for our trip. Owner was very responsive in all communications.
