We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were so comfortable! After a long day at the parks it was nice to feel so at home.

Reviews were a bit misleading. The place was not very well kept. It was very used, and dingy/dirty. Not what I’m used to staying at in the area. The place did not have any blankets and my guests had to cover up with towels the first couple of nights. The host was responsive and attempted to help with the situation by sending blankets and offering to have the cleaning team come back. They did what they could, however I would probably not stay there again. Out of everything the pool was probably the best part.

Very nice accommodations, great location, great space. Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday vacation here for 9 days. We very much enjoyed the heated pool. The community pool and hot tub were very nice too

Overall, great stay. Only issues were that the pool was not heated when we checked in as requested and the outdoor pool light wouldn’t work. We spoke with management about the light and they were unable to fix it during our stay. That made night swimming more difficult. Loved the roomy bedrooms and kitchen space.

The hosts were very responsive, which is a saving grace. We had a lot of contact with them though and that's not really what vacation should be. One, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Every bed. Not all of the burners on the stove work. The garbage disposal didn't work from the beginning and the sink kept getting clogged from previous tenants. The dishwasher isn't secured to the cabinet and would tilt out from under the cabinet if you tried to use it, we didn't end up using it. The upstairs minion room had a fire alarm that starting alarming with no reason and wouldn't stop. The host did come to retrieve it, we opted to not have it replaced during our stay because there were plenty of other fire alarms upstairs.Things that weren't their fault, the gate check in to the community was a pain. They kept complaining that the hosts weren't doing something right. We had to reach out several times to be added to a list for entry. The parking isn't guaranteed. I would not book here again, even though they were responsive and nice.

Checked in on Monday and went straight to the pool. Lol Lots of stuff close by. Very accommodating. The air wasn't working right and when I let them know there was somebody there within a half hour to fix it. Easiest check in and out ever!! Thanks again!!

The place was great and Maria had great communication with us. The bathrooms were a little dated and dirty but we didnt let that effect the quality of our stay. Pool was nice but small. We forgot my wifes reading glasses that were over 700 dollars and they kindly shipped them back to us thank god. We was a little upset when they charged us 75 dollars for shipping and seen when they came it only cost 7 dollars to ship. Its our idiot fault but a 10x mark up. If it werent for that and mold in the corners of the shower this would be 5 stars. I would stay here again. Its spacious and close to all the attractions.

Unfortunately there were several issues with the property. Before our arrival the water heated leaked and water went into the downstairs bedroom. The water heater was replaced and the water cleaned up however the flooring was still wet underneath and when we walked on the floor water seeped through so much that we had the lay towels down. However, there was an odor that got worse throughout our stay. We contacted UNE Homes who evidently managed the home and after much discussion they agreed to give us two nights credit. There are also electrical issues with the ceiling fans. As an example we had to unscrew the bulbs so we could keep them fan on as the pull string for the lights did not work. Also, the pool deck was very dirty and the pool itself was not properly cleaned and there were bugs floating on top of the water.We would appreciate it if you would be able to compensate us as well and we recommend you not list that home on your sight as it gives VRBO a bad reputation.
