Perfect Spot for Reunion

Our family needed a place to stay while our family was reuniting in St. Paul, and this spot was perfect--plenty of space for 12 of us to relax, (little kids to grandparents), parking for all of our three rental cars, and great communication with the owner. The kids enjoyed the playscape in the backyard, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy home with Character

This home has many lovely architectural details. It was a cozy space to gather with our family. The area is very residential and very nice to walk around.

Great, cozy home in a charming neighborhood

Reconnecting my 85 year old inlaws with my 75 year old relatives, we found this home the perfect place to unwind, relax outside, cook, play games and puzzles, and just relax. Dog-friendly, large yard, on a quiet street in a leafy neighborhood - we would definitely return to this home again!

Great St. Paul Location

Our stay was great at “the green house”. My husband and I walked to coffee shops each morning. The backyards swingset was a bonus. There was plenty of space for our family.

Great experience

Lots of room for the 12 of us ! Eric had set up an extra air mattress for us which was perfect. Had 3 large tvs, beds were comfy, couches were comfy, plenty of sitting room for all of us. It was a great stay!

Great Location for a Vikings Game

The house is very clean and well appointed. It held our group of 9 very nicely! We enjoyed the proximity to the train, which we took to US Bank Stadium. The property is close to restaurants and shops. And is near 2 college campuses that are beautiful and nice to walk/run through. Very safe location with access to so much!

Room to hang out

My family stayed here while attending a wedding. The common areas were great to hang out in and spend time together. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was clean. A warning: the steps to the third floor are steep and the carpet can be slippery. So, while the are on the third floor is lovely, make sure the people who stay there can safely navigate the stairs.

Nice House in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a nice stay at this house. It's in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. It was warm for a couple of the days we were there, and the air conditioning did a good job throughout the house. We had two younger kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard on the swing set, and it was nice to have all the rooms so everyone could have their own. It's an older house so expect some floor noise, uneven stairs, etc. Overall, it worked well for our trip!

Nice but less than perfect

Overall the property is fairly nice. They have some problems with maintenance though. There were doors with improper screws holding hinges on. We brought some tools in to repair one door since it wouldn’t close without repair. The basement stair landing also had improper structural support under the carpet with only particle board which did collapse shortly after our arrival. We protected that area with a piece of plywood that we brought in from our own home. We specifically chose the residence due to pictures of the living room with a fireplace and on arrival were told that we were not supposed to use the fireplace. After departure the host said we should have called about the fireplace but the note on arrival was very specific.

Nice Everything!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an VRBO that I would highly recommend. I would give it a solid 5 stars without hesitation. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. It was evident that the hosts took great care in ensuring that every corner of the VRBO was spotless. The comfort level was exceptional as well. The beds were cozy, and the overall ambiance of the place made it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features of this VRBO was the ample amount of space it provided. Our group of 10 adults and 1 infant never felt cramped or crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The location of the VRBO was also ideal. It was situated in a nice area that offered convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. Whether we wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a peaceful walk in the neighborhood, everything was within reach. I must also mention the thoughtful amenities provided by the hosts. They went above and beyond by including a crib for the infant in our group. This attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, I cannot recommend this VRBO enough. It ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay - cleanliness, comfort, ample space, and a great location. If you're looking for a place that exceeds expectations, this is the one.

Family weekend…

Had more family coming to town for a football game than we could accommodate. This rental was ideal for everyone to have a bedroom, plenty of space to hang out. Amazing kitchen. Couldn’t ask for more.
